Very prompt repair service & attention to detail. When having corks replaced on a clarinet, they noticed the case hinge was stiff and oiled it. My son was shocked how easy the case was to open after our visit. That is above and beyond service.

Andrew and the crew at Lodi Music are super knowledgeable, always willing to chat, and are straight shooters, which isn't always the case at music shops. There's no sales BS like you get at a big retail shop and there's always something interesting in the shop. They've repaired a vintage amp for me, helped me modify my electric guitars, bought sold and traded guitars with me, and set up an acoustic guitar for me. I've never felt like I'm getting the short stick when dealing with this shop and love the willingness to help folks make music. Cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Great people. Purchased an inexpensive acoustic guitar. A week later I took it back because i wanted a better guitar. They gave me a full refund plus $25 off towards the guitar I decided to upgrade to.

Nice people. They were able to replace the cork on my clarinet very quickly compared to other music stores in the area.

Super helpful staff. You can receive a variety of music lessons here and purchase used instruments at a fair price. We purchased an instrument here for my son for 5th grade band. We weren't sure if it was something he would stick with. They offered to let him use it for the school year and said they would buy it back from us at the end of the year if it wasn't something we wanted to continue. This ended up being cheaper than renting and was much easier too. Also, we kept it because he still wants to be in band 😋

This is a nice little shop. The prices are very reasonable (the pair of drum sticks I recently bought here we're actually less than what Amazon wants for the same ones) and the staff is very knowledgeable.
