They did a great job on replacing my tires, balancing them, and doing an alignment. They discussed with me replacing the lug nuts and provided explanation as to why they recommend replacing due to being warped over time and weather. Waiting area was very comfortable and suitable to my need to wait with the vehicle and they informed me of shuttle or loaner vehicle for future appointments. They requested I come in at opening since I needed to wait with the vehicle and they finished my vehicle by 10:30am which I was very pleased with. All staff were polite and personable. Will return again for my inspection and other maintenance needs.

I was looking for a new car repair garage since I moved from the area I previously lived. I passed by John's Auto Care every day coming home from work and finally decided to give them a try. I am very happy with everything this garage has to offer. From the very pleasant and helpful staff to the cost of what needed to be done to my vehicle. Overall experience A+. If you live in the Solvay/Camillus or surrounding areas and need excellent service for your car, I highly suggest John's Auto Care.

Professional staff and the mechanics are top notch. They explained all that needed to be done and why. Told me up front the cost , no extra hidden fees. They even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the shop. It's so great to have a shop that cares about you and your vehicle. Definitely will get my vehicle serviced only by them and recommend them to everybody else also.

Only place I’ll bring my BMW M4. Matt Halliwell and the crew over at John’s deserve all the high end cars they can get. With the best machines and equipment, I’ll pick John’s everytime.

Great work. Clean shop and they kept me in the loop as they worked on my vehicle. They were cleaning up some insufficient work from another nearby shop and they help me make educated decisions as to what work needed to be done immediately. Also, after the job was done, I got a call for some follow up information because they wanted to submit a rebate on my behalf… not only did they do a great job and keep me in the loop the whole time, but I’m getting a few bucks back. I can’t say enough and I will return for all my vehicle needs.

I was more than happy with John’s work. I found myself in a family emergency and while trying to get to the location, I was upset and took a turn incorrectly, leaving me with 3 flat tires and other related damage. I had the car towed to John’s and they fixed it quickly and their price was more than reasonable. I am now a fan of John’s and would highly recommend them.

My favorite place to get my car worked on. It’s family-owned and you can tell the folks actually care about you and your car. You’ll get honest recommendations with quality work. Plus it doesn’t hurt that most days there’s a little pup to say hello to in the waiting room.
