Cup O’ Jo Café

Stopped in for lunch with my friend and we each got a Latte and a melt they had. Service was amazing, unfortunately I can't remember the servers name, but the lattes were delicious. Even though the barista was very busy, the food got there pretty quickly for being the only employee there at the time, and both the Southwest Melt and the Caprese melt were very appetizing. Would absolutely stop in to get lunch or breakfast for there or to go.

Everything is amazing. Seriously. I have been coming herenfor many years, sunce they first opened their doors. They have consistently delivered excellent service, excellent food, and excellent drinks. I make it a point to visit a while every time I come to Ithaca. I do encourage people to be patient when it gets busy here: they usually have a small staff on duty and if you come during a rush, you will just have to wait. Remember, this isn’t some big corporation! It’s owned and operated by members of the community, for members of the community. Try them out and enjoy your visit, you will NOT regret it!

This is a very friendly and cozy place right in the middle of Shops at Ithaca. There are lots of small tables and comfortable chairs to sit at, and there's no rush like you might feel at a place like Starbucks. I can sit here and write or draw as long as I'm comfortable!

Last visit I had a bagel with egg, ham, and cheese - cooked perfectly, bagel wasn't burned, absolutely delicious. If I'm in a rush, I can also stop in for their half-moons, which make for a great treat. Food is priced very well on top of that. I'd definitely recommend checking them out for a great local place!

Good coffee. Cozy atmosphere. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. I don’t expect anything more out of a coffee shop in all honesty. And the coffee’s served in actual mugs instead of takeaway paper cups which is a plus in my mind. Top marks. Would go again.

Super cute Cafe that you'd never expect to find in this mall. Menu is great. Coffee is on point and workers are friendly as well. Great vibe, excellent place to kick back and relax for a few minutes with some coffee and friends.

I don't have any photos, but its so convenient and cute! it was so comforting with the lights and decorations. I feel like I could sit there for hours just drinking a coffee. you can tell they put effort into their work and I love it! the way its just there in the mall too makes it better too, so you can get a delicious coffee and walk around with friends or family to shop! the workers are so nice and I would definitely go here again!

If you're from out of town, this in the mall & the mall entrance is not labeled ( no sign ) ~ meaning that that particular mall entrance does not even have a sign over the door saying ' Mall '

Cozy little spot with wi-fi and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy some coffee while chatting with friends or doing some work. The coffee was tasty and Naomi was very friendly and talked with me for a little while. She also has excellent music taste.

Be sure to visit her new location when they open up in Endicott!

Love this place! The owner is very nice and friendly!

It is located close to the malls entrance so that is convenient. The workers are always nice! The coffee is the best in town. If you enjoy very sweet lattes then try The Ithacan(: it is always very clean there. The seating is super comfortable as well. There is 10 percent off for students and veterans. Also, ask for a punch card if you end up going there often.

Handy, comfy little place right in the Mall. It's a good thing they serve coffee because you will fall asleep in these couches.

Awesome place! Has a nice chill atmosphere and a wide-ranging menu of food and drink. I accidentally broke my coffee cup and spilled coffee everywhere. They were very nice and helped me clean it up, and even gave me another coffee free of charge! I would come back for sure!

I absolutely love this place! Coffee and food are both excellent and the woman who runs it is really sweet and friendly. I love coming here. I prefer give my money to this small local place anytime I want coffee as opposed to Starbucks which is only 200 ft away. Highly recommend!!!

Such a friendly, low key place. The coffee is great, the food is yummy, and the prices are affordable. They keep the place clean and comfortable. My favorite place to meet up with a person for a cup of coffee and a sandwich!

The woman working there was so friendly, the decor and overall vibe is great, and the drinks and food we got were delicious! They also have an incredible selection of syrup flavors to add to your drinks, and so many options for food!

Great atmosphere, very cozy! The drinks were very very good, and the best bagel I've ever had! My friend got a coffee and I got a tropical smoothie. I will definitely be coming here again!
