Dr. Burnett and his staff treat Myself(Mrs. Western) and My Daughter and they have been life savers and always there in our times of need, whether it be meds or appointments

My mother and I both go here for primary care. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all the loveliest people. My mother (who hates doctors) actually enjoys going here

We love this place, they take such good care of our family, especially our baby boy! We all see Brett Bunker, and he and his nurse (Ashlie) are both always so kind and genuinely care about our son. They seem excited every time they see him! They take time to hear our concerns, they explain options well, they return calls, and they even remember details from our lives and ask about them. As a first time mommy everything can be scary at first and they seem to sense my fears and not only have compassion but do whatever they can to put me at ease. Bonnie, the lady that did our ultrasounds, is the same way. She always comes to see the baby when we are in the building. It's a great family atmosphere, we love them all!

The Doctor I see and her staff are incredible, very polite, professional, they take time to listen to their patients, I would highly recommend anyone to take their family or love ones there.

Dr Burnett and his staff are awesome. I moved here from KC and didnt know any doctors here. Dr Burnett listens to you, and has personally returned my calls with questions, and he takes great care of his patients.

I guess they have improved since last year? We were there and was quite disappointed when we saw a bunch of people waiting in the waiting room and was told by the nurse it would take about an hour before they could see us. It went fast and we were out of there within an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad at all.

We love our primary doctors here. They take the time to listen and don't try to rush your appointment along.

I had been in and out of the emergency room in FL, and the last time was by ambulance. We were returning to upstate NY, and the physicians in FL said to contact my primary physician to arrange an appointment with a Gastroenterologist ASAP upon return. Giselle Grullon was my primary at the time, and she refused to make a referral to the gastroenterologist in the same building on the same floor! She wanted to see me first. My husband explained this was an emergency, and she still refused. Yesterday, my son had severe pain in his head to the point that he almost lost consciousness. He called LeRay Family Health Center, where his primary physician, John Burnett, practices. He explained the situation, and they said a triage nurse would call him back. When he received the callback, they told him they would attempt to schedule him for an MRI the following day. Their practice's subsequent communication was to go to an emergency room. After going to an emergency room in another hospital system, they couldn't believe LeRay sent him for something so serious without a referral or any advance notice requesting an MRI. I've never had problems with physicians within the Samaritan system, but if you are considering becoming a patient of LeRay Family Health in Evans Mills, choose somewhere else.

The receptionist are what make this place bad. I tried calling MANY time to make an appointment, and no one answered for 30+ minutes, I had to hang up, then spent over an hour when I got home, trying to get someone on the line. Just to make an appointment- I called day of, to see if I needed to have a mask, and was on hold for over 30 minutes again. I was there, day of appointment, and called just to test what the phone lines were doing, Glad that all the receptionist were SCREAMING in their room, about other patients, and bad mouthing them, while their phones rang and rang, until I had to go into my appointment- it was 24 minutes. it’s honestly ridiculous and if you can’t take your job serious, quit

Dr. Burnett & the SFHC General Manager wrongfully discharge patients who voice their concern over the quality of care, Wait time in the waiting room (Over 1Hr Wait time in the waiting room), Request Documents to be faxed - to be accessible, and Belligerent Children who harass, take pictures of other patients, and bully patients that are in the waiting room due to looking different. General Manager never asked/recieved my side of the story - Wrongfully denied my medical appointment that I waited for an hour for. Then sent me a letter in the mail stating im discharged and need to find a new provider within 30 days. General Manager is denying me medical access to see Dr. Burnnet for any Immediate Appointments before the 30 days expire to find a new provider. Also had to have the police involved to force this facility to give me my Medical Documents that they maliciously withheld. This Medical Facility violates NYS Penal Law. Highly recommend unsatisfied patients to Reach out to the Department of Health and IRS.

If you want to die, come to this clinic, just waiting for the nurses and the bad service from the doctors is enough for you. Nothing like Dr. Makenzie, what a shame she had to leave, and Dr. Gastro, very good there... .. everyone should go home to sleep or look at their social media.

They gaslight their patients and then remove them from their practice if you complain about your treatment.

3 hour wait and another hour in the room! "Urgent" care shouldnt take 4 hours

Do not go to this facility...worst care ever...didn't look at my daughters rash and let us sit in exam room for 45 minutes while staff talked about a trip to sackets harbor...said must be a virus...thank goodness I didnt trust them and immediately took her to the er she had scarlet fever....do not trust care at this facility

This place is only an "urgent" care if you consider getting care within 3 hours "urgent." Expect at least an hour in the waiting room, then another hour in the examining room. I've been here twice and will never return, since it's much more comfortable to wait the illness out at home than in a crowded waiting room with a backdrop of never-ending HGTV.
