One of the last benifits Soldiers were guaranteed when they inlisted. Fair prices and a very clean and orderly store. You don't have to show y p or receipt at the door.

Very good better and reasonable prices on uggs everything.!! :) Loved my first visit! All tho Calvin Klein leggings should be cheaper then $41 which you can find at the maxx Marshall’s.! Love the subway too.!

Designs and layouts are all the same. Good people and great food

Clean and diverse shopping facility, from Starbucks to Car Rentals - and everything in between. A great contribution to a well managed base who has the best interest at heart for those who are stationed there. Easy to fault the Government for many an oversight - this one truly is an exception.

Starting right at the "Guard House" everyone was professional, kind and friendly. And helpful.

Impeccable rest rooms

Masks not required so it's a personal thing.

Class 6 was also super.

The Commissary was also very clean and just as pleasant and...the grocery bagging lady knew how to package! That is an important detail.

Awesome Exchange with lots of convenient stores around and the commissary. Will you find everything you need? No. However for the size of the base I believe is more than enough.

Nice PX. The main store has a huge selection of items, as well as the usual satellite stores, gamestop, gnc, hairdressers, a tactical store, and a huge food court. Also conveniently next to the clothing and sales and the commissary. Can't go wrong with that!

great place to shop, have everything you need in just one place. can get valuable needed items. Saw a lot of store, restaurants, market and even a barbershop there... Well equipped and maintained, everything is on point, no debris or trash around anywhere. Even the PX do a price match from local stores, if you find a lowest price on other stores you can show them the ads and they fixed for you...

I’ve visited multiple Exchanges over the years and I have always liked the one at Ft. Drum, particularly the GameStop. The employees have always been remarkably friendly and the merchandise/ collectibles are well stocked. Great place to shop and grab lunch.

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, good food. Always a nice experience.

Here I am still standing in the back by the firearms for 20 min fully willing to spend hundreds of dollars and 6 employees have just walked by....oh now 7. Even if you don’t work in the department at least try to find who does.....super bummed

One of my favorite stores ever. Want a coffee maker, they got it. Want Michael Kors, they have that too. Just about everything you can need or want is there.

As good as any other PX. When I was there most recently, it took a very long time to get through check-out. But that was because of one of the customers being difficult. The cashier was more than patient.

Great selection in the main section and options for food. Super easy to navigate and the employees are very helpful and kind.

Pretty much a mall type layout, also has a big shopping store inside, basically a lower tier target. Would definitely recommend for a quick supply run etc

I can honestly say I had a great experience at Fort Drum. The exchange was extremely clean the people were very friendly. Looking forward to going back again one day.
