I went in to get a pair of boots, Amber and Ant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Then I went into their other store off post and the staff there was completely different. There’s a guy there that seems like he don’t want to be there and was in his phone and Seemed very unfriendly. I had to wait for him to come out of the back room just to make a purchase.

Most accommodating staff I’ve come across so far. I gave Amber a pretty hard time but they got me squared away with everything I needed. Would recommend again.

I own B.O.B. Rafting and came into Patriot to get some straps sewn for our company , Not only did I get on the spot service I received excellent customer service . The price was more than reasonable and I would recommend U.S. Patriot Tactical for all your sewing needs.

The hrs are wrong at 1645 they need to preform closing tasks and won't let you in the store

Sold me a pair of defective boots less than a week ago and they wouldn't take them back, was told to call the manufacturer instead.
