Back in July 2021, my fiance and I purchased a couch through American Freight. We paid for the warranty as well. Shortly after bringing it home, we realised it was a little wonky, as some of the support was just not there. No big deal, we dealt with it. When we purchased a house this year, we decided to use the warranty and get a new couch for our new home. The warranty company, after being rude and snotty for 2 weeks, decided they weren't going to help us. We were instructed to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they had no record of our purchase so the store took it into their own hands.
They gave us store credit to get new furniture. In doing so, we picked out this lovely purple couch (also comes with a love-seat), a new mattress for our daughter, and a desk for her room. We ended up still having credit left, so I told Gerald to surprise us. He picked out a lamp for our daughter, but the store manager saw the "lack of enthusiasm" on her face when she saw the lamp. So she decided to come back with something better than what he had picked out. I'm sure it was well over the credit remaining, but they have absolutely made my daughters day so much brighter with their amazing customer service.
Everything was tied down securely, put in the vehicle properly, and with care and consideration. No one was pushy, rude, or anything like that. They really do take care of their customers.

I had such an amazing experience at the American Freight location. The staff were very friendly and always looking to help. Hannah specifically helped me make all my big decisions and ensured I was happy with my order. Couch and table came faster than expected and had it all set up before the week was over. Fast and friendly service !!

By far the best visit my fiance and I had here. They were very nice and we had the best time. Walked away with a couch and washer. The manager Hannah, Ryan and the assistant manager were very professional and gave the best customer service we have had in a long time. We needed the laughs and the furniture! We will be back when we have more money to spend 😄

This store is amazing! We drove over an hour just to come to this one instead of going to our local store I'm Scranton. We had a great experience and Hannah was a great employee with wonderful customer service skills! I will be coming back for sure!

It was a fantastic experience when shopping in our Vestal American Freight. After a long day of shopping around for mattresses and some very pushy, rude sales man, we landed at American Freight. We were greeted with a kind and friendly Assistant Manager, Gerald. He made our shopping experience phenomenal. He gave us great information and was a breath of fresh air after all the terrible salesman we had endured throughout the day. He let us make up our own minds on what we liked and were looking for. Brett and K really helped me out of quite a pinch! They worked really well to help meet my needs in a quick amount of time, and had excellent customer service while doing so. They made the whole process much easier, and we were able to pick up our products as scheduled without issue.

American Freight has amazing staff! They make the shopping experience comfortable and friendly and it doesn’t seem so much like a chore or a hassle!
The Warehouse workers are very helpful and they bring the product right out to your vehicle and help you load up!
Manny has a way of talking to people and reasoning and Hannah is very very insightful and helps every step of the way! Both of them are GREAT at what they do! 100% recommend!

The Assistant Manager Gerald was very helpful. They didn’t have the twin mattresses we wanted but he found us other ones for about the same price. Great service all around! Can’t complain at all!!

Manny is the best! Helped us find the perfect couch set and even got us the five year warranty! Had to order out for the color we wanted but he’s kept us updated the entire time! Definitely come back to manny if we need more furniture!

We greatly appreciate Brett and Kawar at American Freight in Vestal! We quickly needed bedding and not only were they incredibly responsive and helpful, their service was amazing. They cared enough to ensure that we got exactly what we needed. They made our work easy, and we are truly grateful.

I've read the reviews on here and unfortunately it was after i bought a sofa love seat combo and table set. However dispite the other reviews and a few hang ups with the delivery the sales person Dutch was great no pressure and the manager K resolved the issues quickly and was totally professional the entire time. My over all experience in the end has been positive and i think if i need anything else I'll go back to them. Thank you guys!

The guys at American Freight Furniture were great. They helped me get my couch and table for my new apartment when everything was going really rough and they were just great for me. They helped me with everything with very little issues. Even loaded everything up for me. Will continue to shop here for my furniture for the rest of my life.
