Big Lots

Terry and Alyssa both very beyond helpful, while being the last customers in the store that patiently allowed us to change over our info and receive a new store card. Very friendly :) Thank you Big Lots!!

Always a fun experience going to the Big Lots. I love when they change the seasonal stuff around. I like finding different stuff that I don't find in different stores.

The store was filled with a wide variety of items and there is still plenty of holiday items reasonably priced. A store associate named Linda was especially helpful and very pleasant. Other associates were very busy stocking more merchandise yet stopped to assist me when I asked questions. Pleasant shopping experience.

Their stock has been a little low recently and they seem to have gotten rid of their freezers but I've never had any issues at this location. They always do a great job and I'd say Jacob and Alysha (forgive me if I spelled that incorrectly) are the two cashiers I've had the most pleasure in dealing with. Keep it up and I'll keep coming back!

My first time in the store and I am impressed with the courtesy of the workers. Everyone was very nice and asked if help was needed. Actual smiles. The store is loaded with name brand quality things at super savings. It is a well lit and clean store also. I'll go there a lot more for sure.

We just stopped at this Biglots . Our cashier Kim was working home furniture. She rated as a 10 in our book. Very pleasant and helpful

Marc the furniture dept. Manager gave me excellent service! He gave me every discount that was due me ad a member plus labor day discounts. He and his associate also loaded my moving truck for free of the furniture I purchased from Big Lots. He had a great personality and O wish there were more sales men like him.

Great sales on atumn and Halloween items. Seeing wonderful options for Christmas gifts, decorations and decor. Not too crowded and friendly, helpful staff. Check out was quick and easy.

Big Lots has really come a long way. Great prices, clearance, variety of dry and canned goods, and great for unique items for home & garden. I love the tea, coffee and spice variety. Everyone here is always helpful and aisles well organized and stocked

Big Lots seems to really be rocking healthy eating choices, whether you're low cal, low carb, or gluten free. At first I just thought it was a specialty end cap, but it was an entire free standing shelving unit full of choices. And interspersed throughout the food aisles as well. Kudos, Big Lots. You will definitely be my "go to" for low priced, quality, healthy dry goods.

I was there on Thanksgiving morning and i read the ad wrong my tv wasnt on sale until friday not Thanksgiving so the cashier her name was brenda she was very pleasant and gave me the sale price a little early because i drove a ways to go get it there needs to be more ppl like her in the world thank you Brenda and happy holidays to you! 🥰❤

Friendly staff. Managers always available. Reasonable pricing. Don't get there much but always find good deals when I do and the staff is always helpful.

It's just like every other BL I've been too. Even down to their only being 1 cashier. I love big lots, but all of them always seem understaffed.

I ordered something online and they had it at the store in Vestal, Ny waiting for me that same afternoon. I love shopping with Big Lots. Plus the folding chair is "very durable" for only being $44.98 I would of that it would be more.
