Have purchased a number of orders from Herm and his family. Dan is running the show these days and doing a great job. I usually get 1/2 hog 2x a year. Every other year--1/4 beef. Never disappointed. Great cuts and packaging. Great people to work with. I enjoy the hour drive from Grand Island. It is worth it.
