Buffalo Eye Clinic

I was a little skeptical about the office after reading some of the bad reviews about their appointments taking a long time and not having a good experience.
I decided to give them a try anyways as my insurance covers my visits here. I will say I had the best experience! I was looking for a new office for my family to go to and I will be moving my family to this eye clinic. Thanks to the team for making my first experience a great one!

Great patient experience! Appointment was on time. Everyone was kind and friendly, including the staff at the front desk, technician and Dr. Duberry. The technican did a great job at capturing my concerns and relaying them to the doctor so that I didn't have to repeat myself! (Usually I need to say everything twice when I go to other clinics). Dr. Duberry was kind, empathetic, and was very helpful in explaining things and next steps.

Appointments always on time or before. No long waits.
Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Dr. Stoltman is excellent and really takes the time to be thorough and to explain all steps and options.
I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Buffalo eye clinic. EVERY staff member was friendly and very kind. From greeting me to helping me pick out my new glasses. Dr. Allen was great at explaining everything I needed to know! I will be going back!

I love that everyone is friendly, easygoing, professional and knowledgeable. All the staff take time with each individual person in a calm manner. Doctors seem to be able to 'read the room' and the facility is beautiful.

Love the friendly service that I get here. I see Dr. Stoltman and he is wonderful, he takes the time to talk to me and my mom and explain things so even I understand them. When I did have to pick out glasses the staff over there in that department that was a great experience as well. They took their time, I didn't feel rushed and they showed me things in my price range. Also explained insurance to my mom and me at that time too. If you don't have an eye doctor or you do but your not completely happy than I would suggest that you give Buffalo Eye Clinic a try.

All five members of our family go here and have seen both Dr. Melgaard and Dr. Stoltman. Both are personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in detail. The staff is very cordial and helpful to all members of my family--my 10 year old included.

We have seem them in both routine checkups and emergency visits and have always walked out impressed with the service and happy with the results.

I am always happy with my experience at Buffalo Eye Clinic. Everyone is helpful and professional. Only 1 time I was unhappy with the glasses I chose and they were great in helping me find something better suited to me and making the exchange.

I appreciate good service and that is what I got! I loved the doctor and he was super nice! I will go there as long as I live in Buffalo and I hope you go see him too. The wait was short. Everyone is polite. The service was amazing.
