Dr. Stephanie in ER today 08/4/23 at about 1100 hundred hours was absolutely phenomenal! She was so caring and her bed side manner was terrific! It was a tough day but her honesty and caring demeanor helped me through. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves!

My Dad was a patient at Welia recently. It was an end of life situation so he died there. All of the staff were so incredible! The doctor and nurses were all genuinely caring. What impressed me the most was that the staff, even the doctor, never once made any of us feel that they were in a hurry to leave the room. The doctor took the time to answer all of our questions completely and honestly. He also understood our distress when my father was agitated and doubled his morphine to keep him pain free when we requested that he do something. They were all very compassionate and caring.

The surgery department and scheduling sucks. I took a week off of work And they told me to take. I was not supposed to take a medicine that they told me to continue. Taking 2 days prior they have no idea what they're talking about.for a surgery.

I have been going to welia healthcare system for about 4 years now. I have been to all the clinics and urgent Care and received prompt and caring health care. Never had an issue and making a appointment they tend to get me to either the clinic in Hinckley or pine City or in Mora. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the service that they provide

I was so impressed with the emergency room care and the follow up clinic appointment a few weeks later. The staff and facilities were all top notch in my opinion (I've traveled and lived all over the US and in several countries overseas). The doctors explained everything clearly, took my concerns into consideration and allowed me as much input into my care as I wanted. It was such a good experience and made being injured so much LESS stressful. I'm totally using them again for my physical health issues.

My mom seen Brenda NP and had a bad experience. I would love to offer her kindness and many blessings. She works very hard and maybe on that day she had no more to give. What ever you are going through we will keep you in our prayer. I would also like to thank all the kind nurses that work so hard. Our family all would like to thank you for what you do for the community. Thank you all. The community was always there for us in our times of need.

Mora honestly didn’t have the best reputation for their medical services in the recent past.
But there is a new generation of doctors here now and I have been shown so much compassion by them. I feel like there is much less “pill pushing” and the doctors seem genuinely concerned for my health. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been impressed by the care I have received here over the past few months :)

This hospital/clinic strives to meet every patients needs fully. Unfortunately, that may not always seem to be the case. As a former employee of this company, I can insure that they, as a whole, want people to have a great experience when they require services offered by the hospital. Many times people forget that they are not the only person that is being assisted by personnel. Or that just because the doctor won't give you the drugs you crave that that means they are offering you terrible service. People give bad reviews because "they were slow and took forever to deal with my stubbed toe" when there is a man fighting for his life in the next room over. Because of H.I.P.P.A regulations, I KNOW you don't know what else is going on at the same time you are there visiting. You're not the only patient! I realize health insurance is expensive. That is because of the negative reviewing people who go to the doctors for a headache or a heat rash. Each person helping you has invested years of schooling and thousands of dollars to be able to assist you with your problem you're having. Learn to appreciate the fact that there is a building in our community, filled full of people who have dedicated their lives to helping you keep yours safe as possible. And they are only human beings. Climb off your high horses, but be careful, you wouldn't want to get hurt and need their terrible services again.

The staff is amazing. Receptionists are always friendly, nurses are so nice and very friendly, and the doctors/NP/PA are the best I've ever seen. I've never felt more comfortable at a clinic. I switched my family and myself from Fairview and have not regretted it at all.

With this pandemic going on, I did not want to bring my asthmatic daughter in to get updated prescriptions but I wanted them updated if she gets sick, we can use them as the first line of defense. We started her back on her daily asthmatic medication as a precaution. Her doctor was so awesome and got her enough meds to hopefully get her through the pandemic before bringing her in for her recheck. I am very thankful for this!

I dont know how the ratings for this hospital was so poor. Took my mom in for surgery to take her cyst out. Dr. Youn is a really nice and respectful doctor. The procedure was quick and easy. His nurse/assistant Britney, was also really nice. Thanks guys!

The urgent care and emergency room staff are the most caring and understanding hospital staff I have ever been seen by. They are all so respectful, and kind. The first hospital I’ve been to where they genuinely care!

Always treated with kindness and respect. From the front desk, the doctor, his nurse, lab techs, to the X-ray technicians. They are the best!!

I just had hip replacement surgery and the hospital and all of the workers are outstanding! Great care, super hero attitudes.

I love this hospital I live 1 mile away from Mille lacs health system which is the worst hospital I've ever been to even in an emergency I'll drive the extra mile to go to welia yall are the best and thank u for your services
