SoundGate Hearing Clinic - Buffalo

Initially I considered making an appointment at Hearing Life since I traveled past the building each day. Then I read a reviewer for SoundGate Hearing and praise for Sarah.

I could not be happier with choosing SoundGate Hearing. Sarah is competent, knowledgeable and thorough - with testing, equipment and a client’s particular hearing loss results and subsequent needs.

Sarah is not pushy, as might be the case with an unscrupulous salesperson. instead she provides logical and factual answers to questions and allows the client to make an informed decision.

Tech support is also exceptional, through the main SoundGate Hearing phone number, should Sarah be with another appointment.

I highly recommend Sarah and SoundGate Hearing.

I loved working with Dr. Sarah Binfet at SoundGate! I am a first time, younger client and had a lot of extra technology questions along the way and she was great about answering all of them. She helped me find the best hearing aids for my hearing loss, lifestyle and budget. To be able to hear the people and world around me now is such an incredible gift.

I am so happy with my new hearing aids. I used to have my TV volume at 50 to 59 and now can have it at 24 and hear every word. I can even hear people talk to me in a noisy room. It is a wonderful place with. Great equipment to finetune my hearing problems. And they really care and are so patient. I highly recommend !!! Oh and people can't even see my hearing aids. Wow. Thank you for everything !!

My advice is to go check another place if you think you need to and then go to Sound Gate Hearing.

I worked with Kara B. She was wonderful. She wanted me to be satisfied and happy with my purchase. She is a Dr., not just a hearing aid technician/sales person.

She knew what I needed, but more important, she knew what I would use and not just leave in the case. I chose in the ear channel aids and like that they are not seen and they don’t get in the way of masks and glasses.

Go see Dr. Kara, you will be glad you did. I sure am.

Update: I've now seen Dr. Sarah Binfet at Soundgate several times over the last three years. She is great! Dr. Sarah is patient, professional and kind, and takes as much time as you need to explain everything and make sure you understand your hearing issues and solutions. I would highly recommend her to anyone for an assessment or care when it comes to hearing problems.

I saw Dr. Kate Teece at Buffalo for a hearing evaluation and was very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. I have had some hearing loss and wanted to find out if hearing aids would help. I ended up trying some hearing aids for a week before deciding to hold off for the time being. Kate was very helpful and thoroughly explained the testing, results and options available to me. I will be back to see her again next year.

Sarah is a wonderful Audiologist. She takes so much time to make sure you are happy. Hannah and Joel are great to work with. They make sure you have the best experience. If you are looking for an Audiologist Soundgate Hearing is the place to go. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

They are a wonderful to work with. Dr. Sarah is very knowledgeable and listens closely to what your requests are. I had custom molds made for my hearing aids and they were a challenge do to the internal shape of my ear. She didn’t give up and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Her office actually calls back and that’s huge for me. Defiantly recommend SoundGate Hearing. Mark.

Very pleased with my time with Sarah, she is not in the business of selling hearing aids, she wants you to hear the best you can. I had seen a number of doctors over the years and she is wonderful, so happy I can continue to see her.
