Normally there is always a road block of some sort when trying to get help... the reasoning?... To make sure you're willing to do your part to get the help if you really need it... Just a guess. Always friendly even when it looks like its a really difficult day, try to cut them a little slack especially the receptionist she's just the messenger.

I went to hospital last night because my mom was in emergency,they will not let me in there to see her,I called her this morning her breathing is really bad,she says they haven't given her daily and nightly medicine to her, which includes a shot for diabetes 2 and heart and pain medication,they have her in a room now but she is still very sick.3/02/2022
