Mary at storage units of America has been incredibly helpful since the first day at walk-through the door. My storage was a little complicated as I was moving 250 miles away and I ended up needing four storage units. Mary helped us made it very friendly to use an easy to use and I am very grateful at the service I had in the facilities I had at storage units of America

I had a great experience with this place. The unit was great. The service was wonderful. The only (minor) thing I had trouble with was getting things with small wheels in/out of the unit because of the blacktop transition. Super super minor thing - bigger wheels had zero trouble with this. These guys did a wonderful job of responding to questions and helping me with anything I asked for. They're great!

Fantastic customer service! First, a human answered my call, then she was wonderful! She found my account immediately and had me squared away in no time. We even shared a laugh or two. Great experience!!

Mary has been a joy to work with on site. I never have problems with my unit and feel safe when ever I am on property. Especially in the evenings. The property is well lit and kept well.

Mary was AWESOME! Moving our stuff out the door was stuck because our stuff shifted and she somehow figured it out and got us out of a pinch all with a smile. This storage facility is in general great. We needed unexpected quick storage and they were super easy and helpful. Clean well maintained and a bit off the beaten path so less likely to be hit with break ins of convenience. Would definitely use again if I ever needed storage unit.

I’ve had amazing service my entire time leasing a unit here. In particular, Mary was super quick and efficient when changing my leasing agreement from a couple months to longer term. Easy in and easy out and it’s tucked away for even more safety. I highly recommend this facility.
