I've been using them for years for my monthly supplies and every order is accurate and delivered quickly. They make a reminder call at the beginning of each month to see if I need any supplies yet and I always get the delivery in 2 to 4 days, no matter if it's placed at the beginning of the week or the end.

I have now used Reliable Medical Supply for both getting catheters after surgery and just last week for starting with a CPAP machine. I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service has been for both. Last week Alexa educated me on a CPAP machine and answered questions I didn't even know to ask. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly and the service was AMAZING!! Thank you Alexa and everyone working at Reliable Medical Supply in Buffalo.

I traveled to MN and found a part missing for my CPAP unit. I contacted Reliable Medical and they totally took care of me. Very pleasant and helpful staff and I would recommend them for medical supplies.

Absolute worst customer service ever talked to them and they where no help at all they seem like they don’t know how to do there job at all.They said they would call back but they didn’t. said they would have it ready in a certain time but didn’t. You would think getting a job in the medical field you would care about someone with broken bones but these people seem like they don’t care. 5 days of trying to get a knee scooter I get it and the thing doesn't even turn worst equipment ever you think it would be “reliable” but it’s the total opposite. Would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Used this medical supply company for years.
Recieved good contact & product for quite awhile. But over the years the quality of the items we ordered monthly declined & more often we recieved no contact asking us to re-order.
My Opinion : possible at fault with the distributor Reliable now uses, with the absolute cheapest, inferior products, passed off to the customers.
My Opinion : Maybe the whole Sales Staff has been let go & just hired “order takers” who have little incentive to call a customer unless it’s for a pricey medical/mechanical device.
Whatever : As this company has changed from its beginning, Its Sad to see a Mn. Com. Decline so bad in Customer Service & Products.

Absolutely horrible experience and I will never use this company again! My daughter has had ALMOST monthly orders from this company however there were multiple issues. First of all never rely on them to call when they say they will. Three times I was switched to someone else's calling list because I wasn't receiveing calls. Not a huge deal but then orders stopped being reliable either. We were suppose to recieve 7 packs each month. January we got 14 and then I got a call asking me to return 7. Sure so I drove across town to bring them back. February 22nd we got 5. I called and was told they were backordered. So I waited and April 3rd I called to figure out how much longer I would need to wait. I was told they would order 7 more and look into it. Received 4 packs and thought they must still be behind so I didn't call. April 27th received 2 packs. May 1st called to make another order and see why I was 1 short last month. First I was told I recieved all in one shipment last month. Then I was told they found the second order but it was February's backorder and I would recieve 3 more later because they were behind. Then told that the shipments had the same weight each month when she added them together so I must have gotten them all but I was not allowed to have weights of the individual shipments to add myself. That makes sense remember the double order in January? Multiple times in the conversation I was told it was my fault because I didn't order in March (Yes I ordered 4 days late because I was still waiting on February's back order and I forgot to call before Easter so we didn't get any in March but I'm not sure what that has to do with only getting a partial order in April) or it was my fault for not calling when I got the partial order and assumed they were just back ordered again (not that it would've mattered because they didn't have notes about the February call either anyways). Eventually told the only thing they can do is order again for May. Am I even going to get them or are they back ordered? Don't know the answer to that either because they don't ship from there office and apparently they can't communicate with each other. Seriously why would I order more from you? I'm switching to a new company!

I was quoted $400 for something that costs less than $70 on Amazon. I asked for a quote last week on Friday and they said they would update my insurance and get back to me. Never received a call back. I called back again the next Thursday and was told they got busy Friday with inventory. The place is a waste of your time and money.

Treated very poorly by the Manager at Buffalo Office she was very rude and refused to help me. She needs to be terminated she thinks 200/60 is an ok blood pressure reading.

Do not back up their products!! Has no concern once so ever for senior citizens! I will not spend another dime there...Don't go you will be very dissapointed!! My first review I've ever written, could not let them get by with this.

I got a knee scooter and it rubbed me knee raw. Traded it for another and it wouldn't collapse. Seems to me they should have reliable equipment.

Went to your Buffalo location today to look at electric scooters. They are pictured in your website. Apparently not available at this location, though they are clearly displayed on your webpage for this store.

I was supposed to receive a call back about my DME. After 3 days, I called them to check, and it turns out they're not in my insurance network. Terrible customer service.
