Panel Room Restaurant

Great local establishment that has great breakfasts. The staff has always been pleasant even when they are super busy. Their pancakes are amazing and their French toast even better. They have pizza as well and a salad bar. They also have a Sunday brunch buffet. Prices are reasonable. Right off the highway for easy on and off. Clean bathrooms.

The food was great at a great price, the service was the best I have ever had at any restraunt! Hearing the waiter cut up with the locals, and giving quarters to the kids wanting bubble gum out of their little quarter machine, made me feel like "this is the way the world should be" my wife and I absolutly fell in love with this place. Hope to be back soon!

Lisa was a server! She was a delight and fun to crack jokes with! Food was wonderful! I had the half and half. Grilled Cheese and ham & bean soup. My husband had a big fish sandwich with fried mushrooms 🍄

Chili is awesome. Our server was fantastic with our young son, who can be nervous when ordering at restaurants. She was patient with him and talked about his comic book with him. Our food was great. Both my spouse and I had the chili.

4 friends on theit way home to Michigan from Lake Geneva, WI. Saw wonderful reviews about this restaurant. All 4 of us said rhis was a great restaurant. Food was great, service was great. Wait staff very personable. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

Love the place it's in the Hartford Michigan,quite please by the road perfect for traveling.And did I mentioned their fried mushrooms is huge.All the food is great and the waitress is nice and helpful.Thank you.

Only one demerit I would have to say and that is due to the Flies. I really can't stand flies in my home or where I'm eating especially but they are ever present I realize and yet if you get the right exterminator they don't exist in your world and that is what I praise is the company that can afford to obliterate those little devils. However here exists the best country fried steak in this part of Michigan as no one tends to want to serve that for a reason I cannot understand but the panel room does have a great one and a delicious salad bar all of the best drinks, the best soups and the best people that you could ever want to serve you. Always newly remodeled and kept in a Sublime condition I will always recommend the panel room

Nice little restaurant on the highway. Affordable. Avoid the pancakes. Those babies can knock someone out if you throw one at someone. Definitely not fluffy. But they're big. I didn't care for the taste. The hash browns and sausage gravy, along with everything else was good tho!

Great food at amazing prices. Im so used to inflated dine-in prices from cities like St Joe. The pancakes are just as good as any local breakfast joint, which is what i always want!!! Staff are friendly and make anyone feel like family.

I grew up in Hartford. My whole family has been going to the panel room since it opened and frequently When I visit family we like to go there. The food is always good and they have the biggest glasses of iced tea of any restaurant I've ever seen. The customers are as nice and friendly as the staff. I make a new friend almost every time I go. Nice job Panel Room. 👏

The hamburger was juicey and delicious. The staff was great , the only thing I was not pleased with was the strawberry shortcake I got to go. When I went to eat it, the biscuit was hard, and the strawberries didn't taste the best. But I would still recommend them as well as return myself.

Always drive by this place. Finally stopped to try it out. I definitely recommend breakfast! The omlettes are fantastic. Have tried other items lately, all are equally as good. Service is how it should be. Friendly, fast and this place has the mom and pop hometown feels. Lisa has been our server and she is equally amazing. She remembered us when we came back. Prices reasonable and they have a good menu with several choices. Just FYI if you look up the menu online it has not been updated as of yet. Try it! You won't be disappointed!
