Can’t say enough about how helpful Malcolm and team were at Maple Village! From move in to move out they were accessible and very accommodating. Additionally the units were clean, easy to access and worked out perfectly. Would certainly recommend!

We stored my grandmother's furnishings in this facility for several years after we had to downsize her apartment due to a stroke and reduced space in assisted living. During COVID-19, Maple Village Storage knew and understood the current climate we are in, and even waived an occasional late fee when payment wasn't made on time.
The climate controlled units were perfect! We never had any concerns of her belongings and the facility was always kept clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help, and the email reminders of payment due were incredibly helpful as well. We will definitely use this storage facility in the future should the need arise. Thanks MVSS!

Malcolm and his team are fantastic! Would definitely recommend this storage facility over any else. Some places I've dealt with don't care who you are or work with you. They just want you rent money for the month, but these guys are top notch when it comes to customer service and actually meeting any requests their tenant has! If I need storage again I'm definitely using maple village even if it's across town!

Maple Village is a GREAT storage place. It is always kept clean on the grounds, during any season. The units themselves ( I have used 2 different sizes) are clean, well maintained ( the locks slide well, the doors open easy, not rusty at all, gates open easy, lights never burned out). The staff is ALWAYS willing to help with finding the right unit. They go above and beyond to help out. I would recommend that if you need a storage unit they be your first and only stop. They are wonderful .

This is the best storage I've used in Southeastern MI. Friendly and engaged staff on site and independently owned so facility problems can be addressed rapidly, as opposed to franchises. The layout means you don't have far to go to any interior unit, with a maximum of 100 feet walk from any door to any unit, and the buildings are in fantastic shape so they will not be compromised by the elements.

Maple Village is a great storage facility. They are clean, organized, helpful, and friendly. We have used them several times and they always treat us right. I have never had to worry about the safety of my belongings and all their units seal up tight so you don't have to worry about water damage or rodents either. I highly recommend this business to anybody what storage needs in the Ann Arbor area.

At first I got a 5x10 and it was too small. I easily upgrade to a size that fit my needs. The guys were super helpful. I store my things there for more than a year with no issues. My mom has her items stored for over 10 years. Good place with good rates.

My experience using Maple Village Storage has been outstanding. The facility is clean & easily accessible, but most importantly, the Staff - Malcolm Davis in particular - could not have been more helpful! He fielded questions calmly & concisely, very much appreciated in these pandemic-complicated times. Highly recommended.

I used Maple Village's service for the better part of a year to store things that wouldn't fit in my tiny 500 sq ft apartment after I had moved in from a larger place, and my experience with them was excellent. The management are friendly and great to do business with, the units are well-maintained, and the pricing for the various unit types (including their available climate-controlled units) was very reasonable and affordable. I would recommend Maple Village Self Storage to anybody looking for a safe and reliable way to store their items.

This is how storage facilities should be run. Staff is polite and professional. Unit was nice and in great condition. Gave a free lock with my rental, too. The terms and conditions were very well outlined and unit reservations are possible for a limited time. 10/10 would use again

Maple Village Self Storage is the cleanest and most professional operated storage units in Ann Arbor. The location is super convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. I rented a 10 x 30 unit with access doors on either side of the building. The unit was "stuffed" but the dual doors allowed me to purge and reorganize things before I made a major move to Colorado a year later. I had many valuable items and keepsakes stored there and I never once was concerned about the safety of those items. Thank you Maple Village Self Storage for making a stressful situation less so.

My husband and I had a unit here for a year - price was fair, and the service was exceptional (so important). Malcolm was always really friendly and seems to really care about customers - and our stuff.

We rented a unit at Maple Village Self-Storage (MVSS) for four years this month, and just ended our rental.

Our storage unit helped our two kids, and their cousin, move in-and-out of dorms, apartments, and houses at the end of spring-term, and then back in the fall. The unit helped us store key items and pass them along for another kid, or cousin, without the frustrating cycle of buying items, getting rid of items, and then buying them again!

MVSS provides a secure, convenient, and customer-oriented service and over our four year relationship could not have been more satisfying.

Max, you are amazing and I hope to rent from you again! I have only had great experiences here and have rented multiple sizes both from climate controlled to outdoor facing units in various sizes. The price is so worth it in my opinion. Hours are convenient and the staff is super responsible.

Super convenient location and extremely friendly staff. Nicest storage unit experience I've had. If you're looking for a storage unit on the west-side of Ann Arbor this place is perfect.
