First Computer Services

I never thought I would every find a computer repair service that I would have complete confidence in as I did in First Computer Services.
My Mac Pro with a large tower was on it's last leg when I took it to First Computer Services. When Debbie, the Owner/Technician was finished with it, it was just like new. Debbie is knowledgeable, and a delight to talk with. Thank you Debbie

My computer broke on me and I took it to Debbie, she extracted a file from it I was in need of and built me a different computer since my hard drive was said to be dying. I appreciate the work she put into this, I use my computer for work, she even put all my files back on the new one. Lovely experience, thank you!

I agree with the previous review of being fast, honest and reliable. Debbie is very passionate about her work and loves what she does. I cracked my MacPro Laptop screen and had to order the full LCD to be replaced. Debbie does not like paying more for parts when not necessary. She has a long list of trusted sellers and found me a very reasonable priced brand new replacement almost instantly. She does not over charge on labor and the job was finished in a very short period of time. The screen was cracked 5 days ago and with the assessment, parts ordered and job completed, I'm already using my new screen laptop writing this review! I will continue to take my business to her if/when needed!

Debbie was able to figure out how to save my data from 2 old drives I had and then figured out how to connect a 3rd external firewire drive to my MAC. Amazing. She is friendly and knew how to save my data. She did research dn took care of my data issues. Thank you Debbie!

Absolutely perfect when you need help with computer problems.
The owner Debbie is very personable and easy to talk to.
I took my computer in and within two days it came back better than ever.

Great computer service. Fast, honest, reliable.

Called this place several times, I even received a text back "I'll call you later", never received a call back, great customer service.

I received a call from the owner of First Computer after she read my review and she explained to me she unexpectedly lost her father at the time of my calls and apologized for not calling me back. The fact that Debbie reached out to explain what happened, I'm changing my review. She was very apologetic and we had a pleasant discussion. When a business owner takes the time reach out months later tells me she cares says a lot.

Paid $300 for laptop repair that did not resolve all video issues- laptop still malfunctions and crashes. Owner is unresponsive and unprofessional with correspondance and seems unconcerned that repairs didn't work.
