The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Z, Jenna, Aubin and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure their customers are not just taken care of, but that they are happy. Whether it be special ordering, finding at another location (they also have a Saline location!) or finding an alternate solution, Ann Arbor pharmacy will take care of you. They call me by name when I walk in the door, or when I call, and it just makes you feel special and cared about. Ann Arbor Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to!

I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough! As a parent who feels like they spend too much time filling my kiddos prescriptions I so appreciate their true partnership. They have helped us navigate med shortages and are excellent communicators who go above and beyond. As a bonus their shop has such a nice vibe, smells like relaxing essential oils, and the team that works there is so friendly. It’s a night and day experience from big box stores. Plus they have easy vaccine access. Such a community asset.

Ann Arbor Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are all very knowledgable, helpful, friendly and incredibly professional. Anna filled my prescription on my most recent visit and she took the time to listen to and answer my questions. I am accustomed to the corporate, robotic & soulless feel of the chain pharmacies. That is definitely not the case here- I feel like it is run by a pharmacist and staff who truly care about the health and wellness of their customers.

Ann Arbor Pharmacy, Dr. Z and the staff are the best! So thankful for a pharmacy that actually cares if you get the correct medication in a timely manner. I'm a Saline Pharmacy (Sister store) customer, however, Ann Arbor Pharmacy happens to carry my skin care routine products (Avéne) so I shop at both locations!

My favorite thing about Saline / Ann Arbor Pharmacies is that if they don't have something, you need, they will find it, or recommend something that may be better for you. When was the last time the pharmacists an one of those other places did that for you?

They also deliver when I'm too sick to get out of the house!

The American health care system can be a headache. But handling your supplements, medications, CBD oils & more for you and your loved ones doesn't have to be.

-If the CHEERS bar (where everybody knows your name) had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your online gaming group had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your quarterly girl's night group had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your favorite aunt who knew everything about everyone and liked to save you money had a pharmacy, this would be it.

After being burnt one too many times by corporate chain pharmacies (Rx denied, but oh well, it's not our problem to find out why, you go back and forth with them), I started looking around and found this pharmacy.

Not only THAT, I've gotten so used to the price gouging of pharmacies that my Home Goods-style browsing amongst the aisles here has always kept me finding something new (check out the skin care and gifts, just saying)!

And if you are caring for a loved one - the AM/PM blister packs are a God send!

After difficult service from my last pharmacy in town, I switched to the Ann Arbor Pharmacy several months ago. I have found the Ann Arbor Pharmacy so reliable, efficient and friendly. Their delivery service for prescriptions is also great.

Zlad went the extra mile and was able to find a much needed script for our family that the big box Pharmacies couldn't. Their turnaround is amazing. We now know that Ann Arbor Pharmacy services pets, too! We are going to move our dogs scripts here and support their business.

I have very very specific medication allergies! Ziod and his knowledgeable, kind and caring staff go above and BEYOND to take care of me. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who has need for a pharmacy and wants to be treated like they actually care and aren't just there for your money! I was frustrated with the pharmacy I had been at for years and wanted to support a local business. I had seen Ann Arbor Pharmacy when going to TJ’s and decided to give them a try. I’ve been with them for about a year and I absolutely love them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m very happy with my decision to get quality pharmaceutical care at Ann Arbor Pharmacy.

They helped me deal with the convoluted insurance changes even though that were not their fault, so I could afford my medication. They have been efficient whenever I get my prescriptions filled there.

The staff and owner are THE MOST amazing people in the business! Not only are they an independent pharmacy which means they can get medications from anywhere, they TRULY care about their customers! They have spent so much time and care making sure that I get ALL of my medications in full and on time each month! They also offer delivery which for someone like myself who is in a wheelchair, is a HUGE help! I transferred to them over a year ago from CVS which I was with for over 10 years and I've never had an issue getting any of my medications since I made the switch. Just the fact that they except Medicaid and my special kind is wonderful. I 1000% recommend making the switch to this small local pharmacy from a big box chain because CVS couldn't fulfill one of my most vital medications on time and in full for over 2 years and with Ann Arbor pharmacy, I've never had a single issue!!! Thank you guys for always being so kind, friendly, helpful, and going to battle for me with insurance when they want to be rude and condescending and not give me what I need to stay alive!!!!

Great independently owned pharmacies that truly care for their patients and has excellent customer service that’s hard to find anymore . The pharmacists and staff are excellent. Highly recommend!

Most knowledgable team in a beautiful pharmacy. They are there to hear your needs and guide you with helpful recommendations. Ziad is one of a kind and makes the pharmacy feel like a community place again.

I can’t say enough about how delightful the team is at the Ann Arbor Pharmacy. They always take the time to give you individualized attention. The store has an impressive range of products and the team is quite knowledgeable about their application. It’s so worth making a visit there!

I am obsessed with Ann Arbor Pharmacy! I started going here because they had Covid Vaccines but now I’m transitioning my stuff over to them because they are SO NICE and caring. Another review mentioned that this place is like the Cheers bar - I’m not kidding it literally is like that!! Nicest and most knowledgeable people ever. Also they do pet prescriptions! Just go here!

Ziad and the team at Ann Arbor Pharmacy are incredible! We started working with them because they were always our best shot at getting in for COVID vaccines, but we stayed because the level of care they put into each customer's case is so plainly obvious. They've helped me navigate the atrocity that is our health care system to find the right medicines and equipment that my insurance will cover, and when they don't have it on-site (which is ridiculously rare given that it's not all that big a store!), they are somehow able to get it there within 24 hours, usually same day.

I get the sense that everyone there is so committed to their customers that they understand my medical needs better than my primary care doctor but with the difference that they're willing to take the time to work through the medical system to actually get me what I need.

Thank you Ziad and team for showing why it is so important to support your local independent businesses instead of the big chains - CVS and Walgreens should feel embarrassed!

This pharmacy went above and beyond to get a particular medication that's been out of stock from the supplier. The big chain pharmacy couldn't help, but Ann Arbor Pharmacy kept an eye out for it and when it came back in stock the pharmacist called to let me know it was in and that he was ordering several months' supply. I am so grateful they were willing to spend the extra time to keep tracking this for me and get it in right away when it was available. So grateful to have found this and will be a loyal customer!

I love this place and you will too when you stop in. The team is fantastic and the experience doesn’t get any more personal. Pharmacy is all about trust and I trust this team with my all of my healthcare needs. Not to mention they keep great stock of products that you simply can’t find anywhere else! I am healthcare-averse and I love Ann Arbor Pharmacy. Just walking in the door is an experience with the wonderful smell of all the products on the shelves, It's a beautiful space. Everyone there knows my name when I walk in. They do their best to reduce the prices of medications I need. Please support this local gem.

This is my first ever review but I would be remiss to not encourage everyone to experience difference between Ann Arbor Pharmacy and the chains. The people that work there are knowledgeable but more importantly they are unhurried and patient in their explanations. After a few visits they will know who you are as soon as you open the door. It is a refreshing change to the anonymity of the chains.
