Eric sold me a truck that lasted about an hour before “low oil pressure” popped up. I contacted him asking about it and was told there were “no known issues, unless its a sensor” so i took his word and drove it home and was told by a mechanic that engine work needs to happen. i then took it to my step dad who found MANY things wrong. Including a “permanent cylinder 4 mis” which tells me right there he knew there were issues. i have contacted many many times and barely get answers.

Do not buy a vehicle from him. Couldn’t even test drive it in the vehicle was on E. It was listed as having Bluetooth and auto start neither of which work. I signed the papers on the first of the month and he went and got the tabs the fourth of the month and I didn’t receive the tabs from him until the 28th of the month even though I had been calling him and texting him and another person I’ve been calling him and texting him he claims he got no messages and all we wanted to know was if he ran a computer test on the truck so we could fix what was wrong. I totaled my vehicle prior to this and thought I was buying a reliable vehicle for my kids and I but it’s just been constant problems.

We bought a truck in Sept 2019. Odometer read 118,000. Traded that truck in July 2020 at another location and the CarFax showed that there were actually over 240,000 on the truck when we bought it. Went back to them with this and got no where. We have now filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney Generals office. Make sure you get a CarFax and compare odometer readings BEFORE you purchase from them!!

This dealer will knowingly sell a vehicle with major issues to a 19 year old girl and then do nothing to fix it when it breaks down within an hour of leaving the lot. Do not waste your money!
