Oh my goodness!!! It’s hard to even know where to begin, this place is a whole vibe. From the moment we walked in they had good music playing through their fantastic sound system, and after finding a seat we were greeted with waters. Our server was incredible. She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and when she found out it was my friends bday she went above and beyond for us with Cinnamon Toast Crunch shots, champagne for the bday girl, and a special bday goodie bag. We were blown away by her kindness to make it extra special for our girl!!

As far as the food, it was out of this world. I had a skillet with the Cajun home fries, chicken sausage, spinach and feta and absolutely fell in love. The portions were huge and so filling. We also ordered banana pudding pancakes to share and they were melt in your mouth dreamy. Everyone was thrilled with our service, our food, and the general atmosphere.

We are from out of town, so we are so grateful to know where to go next time we are in the area. Found our new brunch spot for sure!! Shoutout, you guys are the best!

This will be one of my new go to spots in the morning. Great food and service. My bartender Tisha was very warm and welcoming. Also she kept me with a warm cup of coffee ☕ and cold glass of ice water. The home fries was made perfect along with everything else. I loved the banana pudding pancakes 🥞. They are a must try. I'll be back to try the cinnamon pancakes or peach cobbler waffles 🧇 😋...

It's all good vibes. Good food and atmosphere. Upscale quality of food and portions are just right.

This place is EVERYTHING!

We popped in last minute on a Sunday morning after leaving an Airbnb nearby. Right from the beginning the atmosphere was on point with great music through an even better sound system! We were greeted right away with warm welcomes as if we were regulars. Our waitress was amazing and attentive- and upon learning it was my bday she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with captain crunch shots that were amazing, a glass of champagne, and a birthday goody bag! I couldn’t believe it.

When our food came out, the ladies who prepared it came out too and told us all about what our dishes included, and we had a great convo! We learned that during the day it’s all woman ran (which we LOVE) and let me tell you- the food was INCREDIBLE! They really threw down. I ordered an omelette with vegan sausage, onion and peppers w/ cheddar and home fries on the side. The portion size was are and the food was absolutely to die for! For breakfast dessert we had the banana pudding pancakes and EVERYONE got in for bites as it was incredible and melted in your mouth with amazing, fresh flavor! You could tell the love these ladies poured into the food!

All in all- I will be coming back to the city even if it’s JUST TO GO TO WOODWARD BISTRO! This place is a MUST every dang time!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and so is the food. Some of the best bar maids in the city. The establishment is a great addition to Highland Park

Very Nice Spot for Saturday Lunch w Cocktails, a Live DJ and Dancing. Loved it, will be back again soon.

I use to walk by everyday and go to Sam's wear or Avalon liquor, not once did I go in, always thought it was a bar. I don't drink, I smoke. I love pizza man gotta come back to hp to see this, if it's hp it's the f n greatest and you can believe that.

I always drive by headed to my Dad’s and finally decided to stop. Very nice deal on a glass of Cabernet. I was greeted immediately upon entering and Jasmine (Arielle on the receipt 🤷🏽‍♀) was my bartender, she was great! I’ll definitely be back! I support black businesses! Congratulations!

The food and service was wonderful! We had a party of 6 people and our server was excellent! We will definitely make this a restaurant we visit often.

Nice atmosphere. A perfect place to hold any type of venue. Will recommend to anyone looking to book a party, repass, or family get together. All the staff is nice and friendly.

Fun and full of love something the neighborhood needed

It’s is now named Willis Show Bar. The have live music and a small dance floor drinks but no food. Loved the atmosphere and band.
