After reading reviews of value furniture, I was afraid to order but they had the style I wanted, And the price was right so I did. I did have to make then keep their online price for me, which they didn't want to honor, after a couple day discussion, they agreed. And I have been very happy with everyone there, so far. Eric, the manager and Gaida, the salesman all worked hard to make me happy from the Ann Arbor store. Thank you

We visited VCF at Ann Arbor and would like to appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of Pier and Vishal who were extremely helpful in helping us decide and choose the perfect office furniture and Dining table for our new home! Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for classy and unique furniture for their nest! The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very professional and helpful!

Decent selections to choose from, smooth purchase and delivery experience. Quality is decent for what you are buying and the prices were ok (general inflation notwithstanding). The delivery service - timing, communication and setup were OUTSTANDING. Kudos to a business like Value City Furniture using/employing a service that fully understands how to use logistics, tracking and communications software to its maximum efficiency!

I am very pleased with our purchasing experience at Value City furniture. The salesman was very knowledgeable about each product in the display room and the availability. We received our furniture in a timely manner. The product came in excellent condition and exceeded our expectations. The delivery was on time as scheduled. The delivery personnel were professional and quick and took very good care when bringing it into the house. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

You have a real gem in Hunter ! I meet Hunter on Sunday and was comfortable from the start.I had been to other stores and it just felt like people wanting to make a sale. I wasn't sure if the closing of my new house was happening Monday or not. It happened, and he came in on his day off to finalize the sale. Hang on to this guy he is a keeper !

I have never bought new furniture before. I was looking for a recliner. I walked in and almost turned around because I felt intimidated. Up walks Hunter who has worked there for a few weeks. Because of his kindness and helpfulness we found what we were looking for and at half the price because he searced the whole floor. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience!!

Excellent customer service from Pier and John at Value City furniture. I have purchased from Value City before and their furniture is top notch, but when I recently had an issue with a lamp, Pier was fantastic, answering my questions and resolving my issue quickly. John took the time to wrap my new lamp up so nicely to protect it during transport. I can buy furniture anywhere, but it’s customer service like I received from Pier and John that keeps me coming back! They stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers. Great team at that location!

We had a great experience at this store thanks to the help and advice from excellent salesman Bilal. Had never shopped here and didn't know what to expect. We have a complicated situation with space and entrance limitations, but Bilal had solutions to offer which we had never thought of. He spent a lot of time which we appreciate since this was not a very large purchase. We're very happy with what we selected.
