Christine and all the staff at Lovesac Ann Arbor are so very helpful and fun! They get into every detail and have limitless patience and cheerful personalities. Shopping and buying my new sactional was a fun and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Alaina and Amber were both so nice and helpful when I was placing my sactional order. They went above and beyond while placing my order and afterwards when I had questions. The store was clean and it was nice to have the different types of couches available to try before ordering. I liked that I was able to text the store to get help.

Lovesac in Arbor hills is a wonderful place to purchase a new sectional. The employees are equally as wonderful. Rachael and Daniel made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. They spent at least 2 hours going over details and designs and colors so we left feeling great about our purchase. The sectionals and sacs are the most comfortable and versatile furniture; I recommend Lovesac all the way. And the Arbor Hills location in Ann Arbor MI was a perfect experience.

We had a great experience at the LoveSac store! Allie & Danielle were very knowledgeable and gave us a ton of ideas & options. They sanitized the entire store before we arrived so we could safely test out all of the sacs & sofas. Highly recommend!

Great experience! We did an hour long appointment, which began with a walkthrough of how the sactionals are assembled, and which configurations were available for our space. We then progressed to different fills and coverings, where we ultimately selected the right configuration for us. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, answering our questions and helping us understand our options. If you’re considering a Lovesac product, I’d strongly recommend the in-store experience.

Sales experience was great. Honest and easy to work with. Worked with me to maximize savings. Very transparent. Have not received the sectional as of yet so no comments yet about if we like it our not.

I have been a fan of Lovesac's product, quality, warrsntiee, and gaurantees since 2013, and today I can say I am a fan of their customer service as well. I came into the store to select upholstery and filling for the sactional i have dreamed about since their inception in 2015. Lauren was friendly, attentive, straightforward, and patient as i narrowed my choices down. She and her associate took the time to run me through sactional construction and drape fabric samples for me to look at and feel. At the end of the purchase she even invited me to use a friend's Hero Discount, and followed up with us to make sure i got everything in order. Love the oroduxt, the company, and the prople involved.

Also, the store was clean and orderly, with disinfectants sprayed after we were done with each phase. Everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer is available when you walk in and throughout the store.

This place is amazing! Allie was super attentive and outrageously helpful in picking out the right configuration for our Sactional and Movie Sac. Love this place and the sale was a double win! Thank you again Allie for providing us an excellent experience with our first Lovesac purchase!

I absolutely love LoveSac and this location! They are always so nice and welcoming. The store is clean and the last two times we’ve been there we’ve worked with Alaina and she’s AMAZING! 100/10 would recommend going there!

I walked into the showroom mostly knowing what I wanted already, but wanting to see it firsthand. Alaina was incredibly helpful and asked great questions to make sure I got what I needed! Hands down one of the best and easiest shopping experiences I've had. :)

My husband and I drove 2 hours to our nearest LoveSac showroom in search of a couch for our newly finished basement. Lauren, our LoveSac associate was very friendly and extremely helpful. She fully explained all aspect of the Sactional, showed us many configuration options with the pieces that we were interested in purchasing and had Sactionals for us to sit on and test. We can’t wait for our new Sactional to arrive!

I just had the most enjoyable time with Rachel and Thaliana, both went over and beyond to helped me coordinate colors and suggested so many ideas I walked out of the store with every option that helped me with . Very knowledgeable , and made my purchase so much fun. Thank you so much for all of your time and patience with me. Very much appreciated , the customer service was fantastic!.

The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel pressured into buying but I did end up purchasing really excited to get our new couch.
