Was in town shopping. Love the Old Navy at the outlet. Granddaughter picked out some things for herself. Friendly team of employees.

The service was superb. I can bring in as many items as I want in the fitting rooms and if I find that it is not my size, the associate goes and fetches another size if you ask for it. It was amazing and made my shopping easier and faster. Left with purchasing a massive bag of stuff that I'm still excited about owning. My fall closet is complete! 🍁🍃

I got a good deal on pants here. I was able to exchange for a different size as well very easily. The original jeans are exactly the same as I remember them from a decade ago. It's nice they keep a good thing going without changing it.

I have personally lost it for Old Navy clothes in general. But, if you are a fan of the clothing company, then this is a great place to come and find a deal. You will be hard-pressed to find new clothes at better prices anywhere. The employees have always been friendly too. It definitely caters more towards women (as does most retail) so you will find more if you are shopping for more female-centric clothing.
