I had the best experience at CrossFit Protocol. Were visiting family in Decatur and decided to try this place. We were welcomed by the nicest people who are so supportive and encouraging during the workouts, the 8.15 am team is such a friendly group of people who made us feel so welcomed. Truly amazing community. Attentive, knowledgeable coach and great equipment.
It was a pleasure to work out here and I am looking forward to be back.

I love this gym and the people. As a new person, I was immediately welcomed and always included. The coaches are awesome, pay close attention during workouts, and regularly provide me with tips on form. On the hard days, the push me to do more than I think I can.

The only box I'll go to when I'm in Decatur! Worked out there for a few days when I was in town for business in the summer and went back last week. Big Red, Adam, and everyone else were so friendly as always and made me feel right at home- they even remembered me from when I was there months ago. Great, awesome people who welcome you and joke around with you like you're a regular. I recommend it all my coworkers who travel routinely to Decatur.

I love CrossFit Protocol! It embodies all the best qualities of a community box—challenging, fun, high quality and integrity. The coaches and people are the best. I think this year will be 7 years? It’s been so much fun I’ve lost count!

CrossFit Protocol is the place to be. This gym is one of the best things about Decatur. I have gotten a lot more fit here and have made some good friends. If you live in Decatur come try out a class or if you are just traveling through please drop in for a wod.

Came in for a drop in class today and was warmly welcomed by the coach and other folks in the class. Extremely friendly and fun to work out with. Will be back for future classes for sure!

This place is home! After graduating from Auburn University and progressing into adulthood, this place made me feel like family immediately. They always say that once you leave college you have to try and plug yourself into a place to make friends, and Crossfit Protocol made that possible and beyond easy. Your gym friends truly are your best friends. If you’re looking for a close group of friends, i definitely recommend Crossfit Protocol!

Love this place...the people and the coaches are the best. Everyone helps you accomplish more than you ever thought you could. The sense of community gives you the push to try things that you never would have tried on your own.
