They dont work on Samsung anything!!!!

So dont bother calling them if you need a anything repaired on samsung. they just wont fix it, at least thats what she told me.

I dont usually bash companies but im very disappointed in their customer service. First time i go there the place was always closed then when i finally got ahold of them all they would tell me was parts are expensive and im better off getting a new one okay maybe thats true for my washer but they wouldn't even come and look at it. Then i call for my dryer after searching for parts online i ask her if they had some in stock n once again all she said was those are very pricey which i found online for only 100 bucks so i told her that and shes like yeah we dont have any parts that low in price and she was very rude
