I loved this specialty pharmacy. They called me today to tell me that they would no longer be filling prescriptions for policy holders of the insurance I have. Which is pretty dern good insurance. My issue with this is not that they decided to go this route. They did it 3 days before Thanksgiving and expect me to pick up the pieces. Transferred my script to the 'trashest' pharmacy around. Not very professional if I do say so myself, especially for a medication that I NEED. Good luck to your business going forward. I will not be recommending your pharmacy to anyone. Thanks, for waiting to the last minute to tell me of the change and delaying medication to a patient in need as a result. Bravo.
