What an awesome and productive visit! I do not have much knowledge on how things work when it comes to insurance and as much as I would pretend to know, I would never have a clue of what is going on.
That is until I met with Rachel Richmond at StateFarm! She was very welcoming, supportive, dedicated, and just so real! And when I say real, I mean it felt like I was discussing this with a friend that I have known for so many years. When it comes to something as crucial as this, you would want a person who is transparent, practical, and resourceful and that is exactly what I found with Ms. Richmond. I walked out with the most highest rate of satisfaction any insurance company could provide.

Every single person at this office is great! Does not matter who I deal with, I get sincere, friendly service. We had a claim that was dealt with wonderfully. You might not realize the value of this until you have had experience with a company that is not of the caliber of Angie and her staff. When we got a new vehicle, again, they were so helpful in getting the coverage transferred, new insurance cards issued and the new billing taken care of. Thanks to the whole gang!

Everyone at this office is beyond kind, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Betsy!! She was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. This was my first time having to file an insurance claim so I was beyond lost, but Betsy always went above and beyond to explain everything. She even reached out to the repair shop to clear up some misunderstandings, which was amazing!! I definitely recommend everyone at this office, they're phenomenal!

Rachel Richmond is hands down the easiest person to work with if you're shopping insurance.
