I'm honestly grateful that I was referred to North Alabama Spine and Rehab , when I say the Dr and his team was so passionate about me they provided great care to patients. Dr. Adam truly cares for his patients and does a phenomenal job no matter the procedure/area of need. Huntsville is blessed to have such a talented and caring doctor & team! I really enjoyed my time w Gabby the most 🩷🩷🩷 , Daisy , YoYo & Jessica ... even though Jessica physically therapy has giving me highs and low emotions I love them so much and i feel like I've gotten closer to them within the time I've spent here! Definitely appreciate how they've made me so welcomed and apart of the family. My sessions are over and I'm so sad but this definitely not goodbye but see you later 😘

North Alabama Spine and Rehab was an absolute lifesaver for me after being involved in a car accident. From the moment I stepped into their clinic, I was instantly greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and cared for. The physical therapists there are truly exceptional, and they immediately went to work on a personalized treatment plan to help me recover from my injuries.

Each session was tailored to my individual needs, and the care and attention to detail from the therapists was truly incredible.
I felt like I was in good hands throughout my entire recovery process.

Had an accident in April out of state, had a hard time finding treatment. My out of state attorney scheduled my treatment with North Alabama Spine and Rehab and I’m on the road to recovery. Dr Adam and his team were very patient and pleasant to work with. I recommend them if you need PT or chiropractic services.

The staff is like family and very very sweet and they all make sure they listen to you and care for your needs, when I first started couple months ago I barely could even move around, coming to them has help me a lot since my accident, from a 10 to 2-3 in pain has helped me a lot; Dr. Adan, Jessica, Tanya, Lauren, Lisa and Gabby are absolutely amazing and will make you laugh and smile while in session and after session when you leave the building, your body and mind will feel amazing. I will miss these guys so much, please don’t hesitate to come here for your injury needs they will take care of you as if your family to them, that’s what it felt like with me to them I felt loved and cared for. Dr. Shafran's services are excellent. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in chiropractic/physical therapy fields. From the time I began my treatment, he was willing to take his time and thoroughly explain everything to me in detail. His staff were also very professional and understanding. I recommend Dr. Adam Shafran and North Alabama Spine and Rehab for any of your chiropractic/physical therapy needs.

From the time I entered the building they provided over the top care. All the staff was gentle with me as they respected my pain and discomfort. Each week the service level remained intact. Dr Adam and the support staff of ladies are all awesome. I hope to never get hurt again but if I were to, I'd definitely come back here!!

I recommend this place to anyone in Huntsville Alabama. They all help me out so much, and I am so thankful for everything they do. Seeing Desiree, Lisa, Isela, and Dazy big smile just brightens my day when I walk through the door. Ms, Tanya makes you feel so welcome with conversation and her beautiful smile. Jessica, and Gabby will turn into your best friends the way they get to know you and take good care of your every need. I could write a book about how awesome this place is and I will definitely miss them all.

Dr Adam Shafran and his staff are AMAZING!!! I was in serious pain and discomfort when I first arrived at NASR. Dr Shafran has successfully put me on a path to recovery. His staff is so helpful and supportive. Always creating a positive environment. Soft music and a spa like atmosphere are what I will remember most about being treated at North Alabama Spine & Rehab.

Very helpful with the pain after my wreck. Used many techniques and therapy to fix the biomechanics of my spine. The sweetest people work here, and I enjoyed my care greatly.
