Bendall's Pharmacy

My family and I use Bendall's and have used them for probably 10 years or more. The staff is always smiling and glad to help. Everyone is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything needed to know about your prescription. And they even send a reminder when you have a medication that's filled and ready to pick up. The entire staff at Bendall's is simply amazing!

I have been using Bendall's Pharmacy for quite a few years now and I am very pleased with their service. When I first started using Bendall's I had meds. being filled all throughout the month. Amanda asked me if I wanted to sign-up for SYNC. I did and it is wonderful. All prescriptions filled at the same time. I get my flu, shingles, and COVID vaccines there also. I feel so confident with the entire staff of Bendall's. They are very friendly when you go in you are always pleasantly greeted, they call me by name. They answer any questions that you may have. They also have delivery service. This is the perfect pharmacy for everyone.

My family has been customers of Bendall's Pharmacy for many years and they have always treated us like members of their family. All the staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure our medications are correct. I especially like the phone call that reminds us when we have medications ready to refill.

This pharmacy is unbelievable. I had never been a customer of theirs and they had me out the door in 5 minutes. super sweet people. they even accommodated my dog. incredible customer service.

We filled our prescriptions with a big chain until recently when we went to Bendall’s out of convenience.

This one trip was so great we swapped over to Bendall’s. Bendall’s provides local, family-friendly service. They are not too busy to stop and answer any question we may have and they even add flavoring to help our kiddo take his medicine when he is sick. While going to the pharmacy is never fun, working with Bendall’s makes it much easier.

Bendalls Pharmacy is the absolute best Pharmacy I’ve ever used. Everyone is so courteous, respectful and prompt. They call you to remind you when you have medicines due to be refilled and They send out Birthday cards( which I find to be very caring and thoughtful). I absolutely love love love this place. They make you feel like a part of their family and I really thank them and appreciate them for that.

I went to Bendall's upon the recommendation of Clark's Dentistry and it was the BEST experience I have EVER had at a pharmacy. They were quick and efficient and SO kind. I will be switching all of my pharmacy needs to Bendall's. The ladies that work there are so nice, you can tell they genuinely care.

Bendall's Pharmacy is the answer to the big box pharmacies. All of the employees are knowledgeable, very friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help with whatever the customers might need. You get the best personalized service there. The owner, Tim Douthit, sets the tone for the entire business; kind, friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about not only the medications, but about your own personal situation and needs as well as understanding what your doctor wants for you. Their new location is easily accessible and adds to the beautification of the City of Decatur.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful, quick experiences with Bendall’s! They offer delivery and the man who delivered contact-less called me to inform me he had left it because he was afraid it may rain. They are all kind, efficient and pleasant. I wish my insurance allowed me to get my ongoing prescriptions from there because they have been so great!

After calling several chain pharmacies to find a place to get my medicine filled I almost gave up at finding a local one. I was told by every pharmacy that it would be up to a week and I’d also have to pay full price (300+$) and use my coupon after it came in to be reimbursed. I was recommended by 2 pharmacies to call Bendall’s. They had my medicine in in less than 24 hours and had no problem running the coupon given to me by my doctor! All of their staff was helpful and polite!
Also, they have things like free coffee/water (even though there was basically no wait time) and also carried some snacks for very cheap prices which my daughter loved!

They are Professional and very helpful. You will not find another group that is that nice and with a speedy service with smile. Tim always ask how everything is and how my family is doing. I always recieve a phone call on my birthday wishing me a happy birthday. They get to know you personally you are not just a number or another dollar spent in their business. I highly recommend using their services

If you are looking for a great pharmacy this is where you need to go. I have always been greeted by a smiling face. These employees care about you and your family. They have went above and beyond to help our family with all of our pharmacy needs. I promise you if you go there you will never be disappointed. You want a pharmacy that the whole staff are pleasant, willing to help you and not ever make you feel like just a customer well, this is it! ❤ # 1 pharmacy in Decatur Alabama!!!

I started using Bendall's about two years ago. Bendall's is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Every person there is super nice and they get to know you on a personal level and actually care about you. Bendalls is my final pharmacy. The only way I will leave is if they close the doors. After using Walmart Pharmacy for years, I got tired of those family reunions they would have at the drive-thru. I think everyone should experience this at least once. I experienced them three times in two months. About 30 minutes each time:(

I called bendall's and in one day they had me straighten out with my medications and my mother's. Everyone was so nice including Tim and Amanda! Extremely friendly and courteous. I would not use any other Pharmacy myself. I felt like I died and went to heaven haha!

Bendall's provides excellent customer service. They fill prescription's quickly. The wait time is usually 10 to 15 minutes or less.. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love Bendall's.
