Uhaul return easy and friendly

Friendly staff! Little out of date. Fairly priced easy to locate.

I ordered an 'open box' item through their eBay store. It was delivered missing major components that were pictured in the listing, indicating their failure to simply put my items in the box for shipment. Customer Service was non-existent, they failed to meet even eBay's minimum standards. They were non-responsive to customer communications through eBay's messaging system. I'm 100% dissatisfied with this company and purchase.

Ordered an item through their Amazon store front. 2 weeks later they cancelled my order because the item is out of stock. If it's out of stock, it shouldn't be listed for sale in the first place, but I do understand sometimes stock info isn't realtime so I can forgive that. Where I have big issue is don't drag it on for 2 weeks allowing me to think I'll receive the product. Had I been notified much sooner I could have purchased elsewhere and had my item already.
