They really helped me out alot!

Went to look at a car. Talked to the person and they said they would be there at opening. We waited and waited. We spoke to them a few times on the way there and (while we were there as well). Then they stopped answering. We waited 2 hours and they never showed up. We had cash in hand and we were very interested in a car there. A car drove through a couple of times and left. Not sure if that was an owner or a person who wanted to purchase a car. She was looking at the same car we were so we got the impression that maybe she offered more or maybe something happened. All they had to do was answer and tell us they had a better offer or something cane up. We would have been fine with that. But to stop answering? A few days later we went back by. The car we had wanted was gone. Now something may have happened that held them up but they could have left us know. We spoke to them all the way from where we live to where they're located. Very unprofessional. I hope they have stepped up there act. I'm all about small businesses. I prefer doing my business with them. Had the man at the other end of the call had said that something came up then that would have been great but to stop answering the phone or replying, via text wasn't a great experience. We drove many miles to meet him. At the time at which he told us to be there.
Maybe he had too much going on since he has so many different things that he sales. Instead of arranging a meeting for over 2 hours of conversation (and the night before) he could have said something came up.
