Quality Inn

We have now stayed at this hotel for two years in a row and are quite happy with it. Zach has been wonderful and pleasant both last year (2023 April) and this year (2024 March) and made our encounter at the front desk a lovely one. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is fresh and hot with lots of variety. We used their gym and sauna and although the gym doesn't have a ton of equipment, it has all the right equipment to get a decent work out in. There are many restaurants near by and even a grocery store. Our check out was done quickly and Amanda was also quite pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this inn for your next stay.

We had a nice stay at this hotel while visiting family in nearby Craigsville. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was decently sized and clean. The bathroom was also clean and the tub was nice and deep. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The biscuits and gravy were better than those at a nearby restaurant that had the word 'biscuit' in the name. Would stay here again if I'm ever forced to return to Summersville.

Great for truckers! Big lot in the back. Clean rooms and friendly service plus breakfast! Win win! Not to mention the close food options! Great place to stay!

Am there for work. Rooms clean. Staff is great. Housekeeping is great. Breakfast set up is good..very quiet considering it's on the main road and my room faces the busy road

This is one of the nicest Quality Inns I've visited. Everyone was very friendly , especially Helen , who check us in. The rooms and hotel were very clean, paint,carpets etc looked new. Breakfast was good, including eggs, sausage and of course waffles. Staff there was very friendly too. Bed was comfy. Internet worked great. Would
definitely stay there again.

I've stayed here several times and it's always clean, free wifi and huge room. Had coffee pot, coffee, blow dryer extra blanket, pillows just amazed at how well they take care of the rooms and how courteous and respectful the workers were. I stay here as often I can.

Staff more than nice. Paul and Helen tried hard to make our stay a great one. Rooms are good.

Great stop on our way back from Florida. Rooms were neat clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was ideal for traveling. Pam was great hostess at breakfast. We will stop again in our travels. Pet friendly for our dogs!

The hotel is right off Hwy 19, the check in was fast and seamless, our room on first floor was clean and smelt nice, has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water, the tub is high to get into, which if you took a bath would be great. The pool was very nice, the morning breakfast was great, and the attendant was great always checking on the food and helping guests. The checkout attendant was very hospitable, he is a definite asset that any hotel would be lucky to have. My only complaint was the key reader for our room took a few times to insert before it would open and you can see light from hallway corridor into room, need some weatherstripping around frame of door to block the light coming into room.
Overall would definitely stay again.

I have always enjoyed staying here. I always find a clean and peaceful room. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good with quite an assortment from cereal to sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs to waffles. Very attentive breakfast room worker! This remains one of my favorite hotels!!

Loved this place! We stayed for just one night and we wish we'd stayed longer. The hotel may look old from the outside but once you enter everything is just so nice and neat. The check-in and check-out team were super friendly. The lady at breakfast was also very helpful and kept everything super nice and clean. Rooms were also clean and spacious.

Clean room/facilities, comfy bed, friendly staff, and nice spread for breakfast. Really can’t ask for anything more at this price point. Needed a place to rest for a few hours on our road trip and happy we chose this Quality Inn. Would definitely stay again / recommend!

The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast bar served hot food with staff present to ensure food was fresh. The pool area was what i would have expected for a vacation destination hotel: the pool/courtyard was double the size of a typical set up for a one night hotel or business traveler.

This was our first time staying here as this is a half way point for our trips to PA. It was the fourth of July weekend, and we were afraid we would get price gouged or not find anything nice. The price was reasonable for a holiday weekend. The front staff(Paul) was very welcoming and kind. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Several of the other staff that we ran into was very nice too. The pool area and pool is neat and well maintained. They didn't have their continental breakfast buffet running yet due to covid but we got a bag full of goodies(biscuit, fruit, water, and danish) and this was told to us at the front desk. We were totally fine with that. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

For the price this place was wonderful the rooms where clean and 100% bug free and smelled good. The pool was a lot of fun and the service was nice vary friendly atmosphere 😀
