Dillard's

Dillards is a very good store from make up to skin care to clothing to perfumes. I think it’s a very good retail store people think Macys is better. Everybody has their own opinion. But I think Dillards has a wide variety, and their employees are hard-working, especially the ones in customer service Their prices are the best you can’t compare them to Macy’s.

Dillard's always had friendly staff. Usually pretty helpful when it comes to shopping or finding the right item. It can be shoes, clothes or glasses or a cologne/perfume.

This must be one of the top stores in the country!

Great find on a night dress for a wedding.

Went into the store today and a lady named Grace gave us great customer service. She was very proffesional and friendly. You can tell she truly cares about the customers as I noticed she went above and beyond for the customer before me. I had come in due to an issue with an order and she was able to direct me to the correct department. After I was done, she approached me and made sure I was helped with my issue. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back.

Good store very friendly people and a lot to see

He went to the men suits area, and Chris helped us, with my father's specific taste and provide us with different options and made sure my dad was really happy. It wasnt a 100% yes, so he told us about the option to order specially and it can be ready in two weeks.
If you like this option, you have to pay about 25% for the order, and the rest when you receive it, their tailored is free if you need alterations when receiving the suit, and it also gives about a 10% discount when ordering.
Pretty cool option for all tastes.

Very nice shopping experience at this store. Professional experienced staff. Excellent customer skills. Very Polished operation. Great selection of goods for all members of the family. Prices commensurate with the quality of goods and services.

Very organized and clean. The restrooms upstairs are located to the right hand side towards the home goods section in a hallway toward the customer service desk. Women's restrooms has plenty of stalls and a sitting area. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked.

Place is exceptionally clean. Store has a wide variety of name brand clothing, shoes, makeup, accessories, and home goods. There is ample parking and they have plenty of handicapp parking spots available.

Honest customer service and bilingual 100%. Hundreds of Mexicans visit the store yearly and their comment is always so positive. Great management who care and train their emotes well. My Representative text me when Dillards have promotions and gift. I deeply appreciate she takes her time. Much better quality than any other store at the Mall in McAllen Texas.

The reason I give this Dillard's a 5 star rating is because of employees like Felipe in Dior, ....Gloria and Carol.also in cosmetics.
