We recently had our loveseat, chair, and ottoman slipcovered, and we absolutely love how our furniture looks now. Esme did a fantastic job with her beautiful work. She was very helpful throughout choosing the perfect material and color that would fit our lifestyle. We wanted a soft and loose effect, and she definitely delivered. We are delighted with the results and look forward to having her reupholster a few more pieces.

I have worked with Ms. Culotta over the last 60 days on drapes, blinds and window coverings . The blinds all were installed and her installer was both professional and kept me informed on the process. My window coverings and drapes were installed by Ms. Culotta. I am blown away how her eye for fabric and detail was fabulous . I had tried to pick a cheaper fabric and rods but was sold on the better fabric and rods, which I can honestly say are the most beautiful rooms in my home. She also just finished recovering a chair and bench seat and I am thrilled. Being a single man I definitely needed a women’s touch and her company did not disappoint!!!

Did an amazing job on my windows. Esme the owner has impeccable taste and a large variety of fabrics to choose from. She came to look at my house and I gave her an idea of what we were wanting. She was able to find exactly what we were looking for at a better price point than other places I had checked.

So we thought we could have Esme do our curtains but she couldn’t remember our appointment we had that morning & then you tell me that I told you I wanted to do it after Lunch at 12:30 yeah sorry but that was not me because my husband & I are morning people when it comes to making/ having appointments especially when I took the time from work plus my husband to wait in your shop. Got me worked up making excuses for her own absence/couldn’t remember our appointment especially we drove all the way to Montgomery from Conroe to be there so we could look at samples of fabric. So I told her no thank you if you want to start now being late with excuses don’t want to continue on with business. Have a Nice Day

I dropped off a bedspread 8 weeks ago. The owner said they would look at it and let me know if they could alter it sometime during the week. I did not hear from her, so I called the following week, and was told they start work on it the following week. As I understand that this doesn't get done overnight, therefore, I waited about 6 weeks to contact them again. They informed me I that unfortunately "other" things had come up, but assured me that they would start it the following week. (This would now be week #8)....I again waited to be updated, but again,
the week went by and no updates. I called at the start of the 9th week and was given the same update. I was so frustrated that I decided to pick up the work.
When I arrived, the owner proceeded to defend her failure to do the work promised, by arguing the point that they can't just produce work overnight????
I was aggravated to the max.
The failure here, was not how long it takes to do a job....it is "communication" and the ultimate "If you set the expectation, as a responsible business owner, you should deliver"!!!!! They kept putting me off, by telling me they would start on it, when in fact, they had no intention of doing it!
I pull never recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest, dependable job!

This is the worst of the worst.
