The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jess helped me find a specific brand of senior cat food for my grumpy old guy. She was super pleasant and fun to talk to! I will definitely be back!

Thanks to Petsense, I adopted my sweet girl, Misty. She helped me through the loss of my baby and brought joy to my life again. Adoption fee was only 25, which is very cheap since the cats are fixed and vetted. Staff was very kind, especially Cathy. Prices are reasonable as well.

I go there to purchase Betta fish n have only had good experiences with the staff m my bettas are alive n strong it's been at least nine months will continue to get my Betta boys at pet sense

A small aquarium area but a good variety including hard to find (in my area) nerite snails. Good service.

Great experience! Staff was very helpful. They have a large selection of toys and items for XS <5lb dogs. They also have the best prices I've found in the tri-cities on Dubia roaches. Even better that I can now use my Tractor Supply Credit Card!

If you know us, you know Snoopy, my mom's less than friendly dog🤣. A huge shout out to Brittany at Petsense in Elizabethton. She has been the only person in 9yrs who has been able to groom him. The staff here is awesome, we assumed this place would be expensive and that we wouldn't shop here but we wanted to see what is place is like. We like shopping here, we accidentally adopted 3 cats . . . So far lol. The staff here alone is worth coming here. Pricing is not too bad but for our dog food it is cheaper to go to Sam's Club You can use TSC credit card here and get points.

Got what I needed, (a pill popper for my sick kitty,) and was assured if it doesn't work I can return it. Also got a great deal on quality kitten food while I was there. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Highly recommend the Elizabethton location. The employees Mia and Kate are very helpful and knowledgeable about what foods to feed my dog for her upset stomach. Since following their advice, Halo hasn’t had any problems. They go out of their way to help, which is very refreshing in today’s world. Thank you, Halo and I appreciate all your help.

There was a point in my life recently after this store opened in Elizabethton where I went in there and looked at the treats. They had a baked treats box filled w birthday cake flavored baked dog treats. I thought “if it’s safe of my dog it’s safe for me right?” So I tried one.

Anyways for like a year I would regularly buy these and split them 50/50 between me and my dogs. I ate them like cookies. Great food. Great service.

Recently had our Aussie mix in for her first grooming and bath. I cannot say enough good things about the groomer Brittany. She just did an amazing job on our Molly and she seemed to truly love the dogs she was caring for. As a long haired dog , I was expecting to have a lot of loose hair still on her. It’s been a week now and we’ve really had no loose hair on the floor. I think this was due to the great grooming job that Brittany did. Definitely very satisfied with our grooming experience with Brittany!

I didn't even know they had that many different types of animals in there. They had exactly what I was looking for. Do plan on going back in the future. Employees were nice and helpful.

Reminds me of a smaller version of PetSmart, I do wish they had more fish selections but that doesn't effect my review. I don't go here often and when I do , it's always a good experience.

Cierra groomed our 2 year old beagle yesterday and he looks great! His nails are nice and short and he’s soft as ever. Smells good too :) The appointment took about an hour and he was very happy when we picked him up. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you!!
