I always love going to the Dickson store. Very knowledgeable employees. They take the time to answer any questions you have no matter how busy they are.

Had what I wanted. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an online order pickup. Went in and saw a line. Looked at some items then got in the line. Lovely Rae came around and asked if I had any questions or needed help and told me about their service for online pick up. She got my info got me the order and I was out. Friendly nice and smooth

Always one of the best places to go. I've never had a bad experience. Plus the staff is very nice and friendly. Still just as friendly as before even in 2022

My daughter and I were attended very nice and we were helped even better. The young lady at the store ordered a game for us and it was delivered to us about 5 days later just as she said. A nice little place with a family like feel to it.

The girl who helped us buy our switch yesterday was super helpful and sweet, she was very friendly and patient with us and explained everything we had a question about. : )

The Boss is Always very polite/kind & extremely knowledgeable..I've NEVER had a single problem from this store location..thanks 👍

I know nothing about anything video game related. That being said the girl who helped with a purchase of headphone/mic combo COULD have steered me towards the most expensive set they had. However, she did not . She was super friendly and extremely helpful with picking the right headset for my step son.

Greeted as soon as we walk into the store. The staff members seem very happy to help. Personally I love finding sailor moon gems there. They have a large discounted games and figures, also some kid toys and stuffed animals/figures.

Great staff, excellent managers. They go out of their way to help the customers.

The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here should you have any questions about games or anything of the like.

I know the majority of the employees and since the update it's easier to have them look your account up after putting in your number on the pin pad

So helpful in getting the right controller for my son..got the elite that’s will never break down was pricey, but worth it knowing if a part breaks down its replaceable!!! Great customer experience!!

Even though I'm not an avid gamer as I once was and all my kids are grown, I still love going here and I still 2antbone or more of just bout everything in the store
