We had only one incident with our Pacifica and Greg's agency jumped right in to get it taken care of and paid right away. Another good thing was the ease of transition from Allstate in CA to Greg's agency. Everyone was responsive and timely in their assistance.

Kendall is amazing. She helped me get better coverage at a comparable rate for home and auto. Not only that but she was not pushy at all... And did not upsale me! Also she helped me get better business insurance for my personal business. This was a huge deal for me because the coverage I had was not great. I would recommend her to anyone for insurance!! Not only is she a great agent but I felt like she answered all my questions, and she treated me like I was more that just a customer. 10 stars!

I switched to Allstate via Kendall after being with my previous insurer for 10+ years. She compared my previous policy to what she could offer and, was able to easily illustrate and explain how much money I could save. This along with the fact that I got approximately 6x the coverage, made switching a no brainer. Greg Murphy's Allstate agency in downtown Dickson is the Best. Everytime I have had an auto incident they were right there to take care of my needs. Kendall my agent even came to bring me a copy of my insurance info once when I had gotten pulled over n couldn't find mine in the truck. She made a copy and brought it to where I was located.
