Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Woodbury, TN

Upon entering, I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly lady who walked me through the sign in process. Wait time was minimal and I was placed promptly in a room. The provider appeared shortly afterwards and before I knew it my visit was over and I was headed to the drugstore to pick up my prescription. Prompt, professional and proficient.

I had said to myself that I would never walk in another Fast Pace Clinic again after going to the Smyrna location. I had to go to the Woodbury location and it was wonderful! They were friendly, helpful and very professional. The world would be a better place if they were all like that one.

I was so impressed how nice everyone was , how quickly I was seen and how clean the building was. Nothing but nice things to say. I think the Dr I saw was T.England and could not have been more thorough and nice.

I came in because I had hurt my knee, and I found a clean enviroment, I didn't have to wait and staff was efficient. Thanks for helping me.

Fell off of a step ladder new year’s weekend. Checked in around 10am on the 2nd, smooth process. Was looked at within 15 minutes. X-ray confirmed broken rib. Was out the door by 11:30am. Great staff, friendly doctor. I’ll go again if I have any urgent conditions.

My appointment was easy to schedule and I didn’t have a long wait period before being seen.

Same day appointments were available. Making the appointment was easy. I couldn’t find a way to change my phone number in the system, which was problematic because that phone number wasn’t working. But besides that the service, speed, and friendliness were extraordinary. They were very efficient at getting all tests done quickly. They have the routine for physicals down to a science, and I was out of there within 30 minutes.

We use this practice for every emergency! 10/10 customer service, the doctors and the nurses are always extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way they can.

I took my son and the nurse was excellent with him! The dr was really nice and informative too!

I was extremely pleased with not only the level of care I received but also the kindness of literally everyone I came in contact with there. I came in with a case of pneumonia and was pretty scared. Everyone, from the front desk, to the exam room, to the x-ray tech put me at ease and took top notch care of me. I am feeling much better now thanks to everyone there. They deserve some recognition for being so dedicated. So, I just want to offer them a big heartfelt thank you!!

The staff was very friendly and they were very fast with my appointment.

Went in for a sinus infection got prompt service and everyone was very polite and courteous and seemed to be interested in helping me. Wait time was less than 30 minutes after sign in due to several ahead of me.

I was treated under my legal name Jennifer crowe. Fast pace is right but didn't lack care at all. This was the best urgent care experience ive ever had. Quick,professional, thorough, and friendly. Im already on the mend.

I had an appointment when I got there they nice lady up front check Me in and they called Me right back. This nurse and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. They act like they really care about their patients. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I really like how friendly the front desk ladies are. They had little presents under the tree in the waiting room to give kids while they waited. I thought that was really sweet. They were more than happy to offer my kids coloring pages because they did let me know there was a 30 minute wait. The nurse actually asked my son to explain how he was feeling instead of ignoring him and talking to me. It made him feel so validated and heard. Didn't have to wait long on the doctor at all and he was very kind and professional. I was highly impressed and enjoyed the inviroment. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Outstanding customer service from the front desk to all the Back staff and the nurses and doctors. They have the upmost friendliness and respect for their patients and they do not rush you to get you out.. They make sure that you are well or refer you to the correct doctor. This particular location in Woodbury Tennessee is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone. Thank you for your care.

Wonderful respectful people professional who seem diligent in their duties. A much improved experience from what I had in North Carolina so far. If they were more efficient they would have to be on roller skates
