Jim is amazing to work with. We had some issues with our mattress (not the fault of the store. We just didn't like it) and we had a damaged bed rail (again, not the store's fault) we were frustrated as it costs a lot of money for furniture and we had the mattress replaced and also they replaced the bed rails. The 2nd set we received for the bed rails also came damaged. It made us again, very frustrated as we needed our bed to work as we spent a LOT of money on these items. Jim did his best to make everything work out for us. We will definitely come back for our future furniture needs and will specifically ask for him. HE knows his stuff and is very friendly.

We worked with Jim and he was truly amazing! He helped us pick the perfect couch and love seat at an AMAZING price! Their protection plan is the best we have found, it covers everything including pet scratching, lasts 5 years and is refundable if you dont use it. They also have great delivery options! If you want great furniture at a great price, with above and beyond customer service go to price point! All around the best place to get any furniture!

I love when customer service tells you everything you need to know up front. He answered all my questions and was patient when I was indecisive. My husband and I had a great experience at Price Point Furniture from start to finish. Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful! Delivered as promised. Furniture was in good shape no obvious flaws. Set up went quickly with no issues. Delivery personnel were polite and move the furniture carefully.

My bedroom set and mattress were delivered yesterday and I could not be more pleased. I got a great deal on this beautiful set and slept like a baby last night on the new mattress. The best part though was the delivery team. They were so friendly and courteous. Very respectful of my house as well. I would definitely recommend Price Point for all of your furniture needs!

Best customer service ever! I loathe going shopping at commission based businesses like furniture stores, car lots etc... I feel "hopped on" by sales folks. Well... I needed a new loveseat for my living room. I went with a friend to browse. I was approached by Jadyn. Right off the bat, so kind, considerate and just great energy about her! Not ONCE was she pushy. We HAVE to praise our younger adults these days, as I'm 49. I've seen the customer service industry, especially post Covid, becoming absolutely pitiful. I'll say this, Jadyn is going to be a very, life long successful individual. She really reads people that well! Not only did she get me to purchasing exactly what I was looking for, she actually met me where I needed to be, versus just selling me "something really expensive" to make commission. I am on a tight budget and she work with that budget, not trying to push me to finance a ridiculous amount etc. In fact, I paid for it out of that budget versus having to finance! Go give this young lady and this store your business!

I bought my Recliner on my first visit and will be back to purchase my bed when ready! As far as delivery goes, I ordered my chair on a Thursday and it was ready for pickup 1 week later!!
