Never thought shopping for furniture could be such an easy experience from start to finish. Great selection of fair prices on what I was looking for in stock on quality furniture pieces, quick delivery scheduled, set up and haul away, delivery guys did a great job respecting my house and getting everything set up and working. Brandon the owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with without any sales pressure you get at other places. I will definitely be back for all my future furniture needs. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I can’t say enough amazing things! From the moment I messaged them about some couches they were very responsive. I was even able to text them questions, picture inspiration, and more! Then they worked a lot with our budget and made it happen! Then when our couch was delivered, they were extremely nice and great at communication. I could not recommend them enough!

Upgraded our room as well as our kids room! The experience was phenomenal. The furniture was delivered and put together in a timely manner. Joanna and Brandon were so sweet and their delivery staff was very professional. This is my second time ordering from them, and I plan to go back!

I came across the Fluff Daddy chaise lounge while looking through Facebook Marketplace and immediately knew I had to have it for my guest bedroom. I searched for local sellers and found a few that weren’t as responsive as Mid Tenn Furniture. After doing some research and price comparisons I ordered my chaise lounge and had it in my home in less than 48 hours! Everything from the customer service to the delivery was seamless and such a great experience. I’m so pleased with everything from their pricing to communication, hands down the best shopping experience I’ve had in ages and will definitely be buying from them again! Thank you so very much for being a huge part of my new favorite room in my home!

I had never been to Mid Tenn but will
definitely be going back. Worked with Mark and he was excellent. He was able to price anything we found at other stores and I feel like he gave me a great deal! Went to three other stores and came back to purchase from these guys and couldn’t be any more pleased. Friendly service and great customer service!

We had the best experience buying our furniture! Clay and Jo helped us, and they were the PERFECT mix of letting us browse, yet being right there for our questions. We also talked to Brandon as we were checking out, and he was down-to-earth and a great guy. The excellent service didn’t stop in the store. The delivery guys, Dylan and Darius, were SO nice and polite, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!

Fantastic customer service! Huge selection! Mark helped us pick out a unique living room set. He was patient and helped us pick each piece and the fabric for each piece to ensure a cohesive room. Highly recommend

This is hands down the best furniture place that we have been to. Mark helped us find the perfect set up for our new house. I had no idea that it was possible to customize furniture, but Mark showed us all of our options and gave great recommendations for fabrics that would complement our living room set. He went the extra mile to pull accent pieces over to help us visualize what it would look like in our living room. It’s tough to find customer service this good anymore. We won’t shop anywhere else, this process was very straight forward and stress free, which I appreciate. This place deserves so much more than 5 stars!

We went here just expecting to look around but ended up finding the couch of our dreams thanks to Clay and his awesome staff! It was honestly one of the most easing and calming sales experience we've ever had. They knew every answer to our questions and made sure we found a couch that fit our needs and not just whatever we would spend the most money on. Luis was an excellent salesman! He didn't hound us and let us look around at our leisure but was always available for questions! When we picked our couch he got us all sorted and set up for delivery. Now, the delivery crew is where they shine! Ralph and Darius were fantastic! They were super nice gentleman who worked together quickly and efficiently! They communicated well when working out the delivery time and had everything in the house and set up in record time! I would absolutely recommend this store and their entire team!

Jo-Anna and her husband run the store. They are the first ones to interact with you and are good people. They try thier best to offer the best deal in town. They totally do. Great deals by great people. Awesome selection.

Stopped in today looking for bedroom set, was greeted by Mark. Mark was very informative and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I had found a bedroom set and mattress from another retailer earlier in the day and was shopping around. I decided to purchase my mattress then and there because of the great price and savings. As I was leaving Mark ask if I had a photo of the bedroom set I wanted. He suggested I talk with Brandon, the owner. Brandon made me even happier when he said he could order all 6pcs I wanted instead of only 4 that the other retailer priced for me. I left Mid Tenn Furniture with an entire bedroom set and mattress and a savings of almost $2000 less than quoted from other retailer!! I’m thrilled to have stopped by to see these guys!! They have earned my future business for sure. I’ll be letting my friends know as well!! Do yourself a favor and go see these guys!

Clay was beyond helpful, attentive, and charismatic. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and made my whole experience enjoyable. I would shop here again just because of the quality of service I received! The furniture was a great price too.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to look at a few mattresses. Clay had all the answers and helped us pick out the perfect mattress that addressed our current sleep issues. We’ve had the mattress 2-3 weeks now and his recommendation couldn’t have been more perfect

Great group of guys. Came in expecting to have to go to multiple stores to find what I wanted. Listened to the most basic details I gave and found all the items I was looking for that I saw at other furniture stores and still gave me a better price. Definitely a one stop shop business especially if you don't see what you're looking for.

Mark made buying furniture for our first home a breeze! He was very patient and understanding. If we need furniture in the future, we will definitely come back.

So this place is amazing, the owners are so incredibly sweet, not pushy salesman which seems to be a big thing at furniture stores these days. The quality of our new couch and queen sized bed frame is amazing and we are insanely happy with our purchases made! I will always recommend this place to all friends and family (hell, I already have HA). Can’t wait to get some more decor and blankets/pillows and make it even more homey! Thanks so much for everything, I’m sooo obsessed with the couch and bed.

Our whole experience with Mid Tenn was amazing! I had so many problems with a previous furniture company, so we called Clay and he got us the exact couch we wanted delivered within 1 day! Prices are so fair and staff was so so friendly. Can’t recommend them enough!
