I stopped there to order a new phone. I was helped with the process, and he did a great job of explaining the details. I was impressed with his explanation of the features of my new phone. Customer service is always excellent at AT&T.

Kayla G. was hands down the best sales rep I’ve had the pleasure of working with! It was tax free weekend when I went in to switch from a competitor to at&t, it was also a Sunday and Kayla was the only one working. At one point she had 5 people at one time but she handled it like a champ! She was very knowledgeable and so nice! We had problem after problem but she never got frustrated with me and she even stayed 2.5 hours after closing time just to get me finished up! I really appreciate her and all her hard work! 10/10 recommend Kayla G. and the Crossville AT&T!

I never review anything publicly but felt compelled to in the case of these employees and the service they give. They serve on average a very elderly and less than tech savvy community. The do so with grace patience and extreme willingness to help. My parents were struggling with transferring over their plans from Verizon and they were able to resolve everything for them. Hats off and definitely good to know that my parents have such a good resource for any technical questions they may have.

Best customer service ever! Shawn P was helpful, patient and a joy to deal with. Victoria and Dustin , a real pleasure to deal with. We couldn't be more impressed with our experience. We both come from customer service backgrounds and can't praise these individuals enough. Even though a sale wasn't made, we were convinced Shawn P aided in keeping us loyal AT&T customers. We will be back soon!

The wife and I switched over from a competitor's service to AT&T yesterday and upgraded our phones as well. Kayla made the experience very easy, especially seeing as she was the only employee there and the place was busy. She kept things moving with us while answering others questions and helping with their needs. Great place to go to for anything to do with AT&T. I highly recommend them and especially Kayla.

Had a wonderful experience with Kayla today, came in with an email issue I’ve been dealing with for 3 days, came in and she fixed it within seconds. You are truly lucky to have such a professional employee at Crossville att. It was a very delightful and learning experience as we went through the issues I had and were resolved. Should be considered for management position.

Switched from Verizon to AT&T-Kayla was the most efficient customer service representative I have worked with in the past 3 years. She was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions with a smile on her face. I highly recommend asking for Kayla when you need help at the Crossville location. Doris Waldo

OMG!! A store full of customers and only one very patient Employee! Kayla did a fantastic job keeping everything moving along, multitasking, greeting everyone as they came in the store. She also told everyone that she would be with them in a little while. Make this hard working woman a manager!! I bet she could hire employees that don’t walk off the job!! WAY TO GO KAYLA!! For keeping calm and being professional!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Tara is awesome. Kayla helped work out a tech issue. Kayla is very easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store and AT&T in general. Never a problem with service etc. So happy this store is in Crossville

I had an amazing experience at this location. The person who helped me was named Tara. I broke my phone and thought I was out of hope and she saved the day and helped me tremendously when I thought things would be much more difficult. I really appreciate this location and especially Tara. Cross like is lucky to have someone with such great customer service skills! I am impressed!!

Just came by to switch over a sim card into a new phone and Greg helped me. Greg was super friendly and helpful in the process. If I ever have issues in the future, I'm gonna come to this store and ask for Greg. Excellent customer service.

My experience at this AT&T store was very pleasant overall. The manager was very friendly and personable as well as the other store associate. Both worked hard to ensure that my need were met and they ended up providing me with a great solution to my connectivity problems! I highly recommend this store if you are in need for a new phone or other services!

The ranch our home is on is apparently not serviceable for high speed internet via fiber optic and satellite is not recommended by neighbors. So I turned to At&t wirless hotspot to wifi my home so we can stream and stay connected. The staff at the store was stellar service wise as my order became a "goose chase" for a few diffrent reasons. I appreciate Callie and Kaylas efforts in getting my order and big thanks to store manager Clarence for pushing it through and resolving all the odd issues. Finally we are connected and streaming!!!

Katelyn and Matthew are the best.

I've been fighting AT&T for 3 months to settle disputes caused by negligence of unqualified "customer service" representatives. In that time I've made 13 calls, spoken to 7 managers, been lied to, hung up on and over charged for services I wasn't receiving.

During this 13th call I let the "customer service manager" know that I was on my way to the AT&T retail store. It was very obvious that I was beyond infuriated upon my arrival. After ten minutes of debating basic arithmetic with this "customer service manager" Katelyn and Matthew stepped in to help sort this situation out. It took them no time at all to straighten out the situation.

I cannot say how thankful I am that I came to their store with my dilemma.

Thank you so much Katelyn and Matthew! You two are the best!

As far as the 13 customer service representatives, 7 first tier managers, and 2 second tier managers (whom never called me back). You should quit your jobs and find something you're more qualified for, such as taste testing antifreeze.

Unbelievably knowledgeable, been having issues at other sites with wireless internet options, Clarence knew immediately and had us on our way with a better price than expected. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would be willing to drive the 1.5 hours it takes to get to this store if I have any other issues. Having retired from a life in customer service, it is always a pleasure to find a place where they actually seem pleased to have your business. These days that has unfortunately become a rarity. Our Crossville TN AT&T Store is a model of how to greet and treat a new customer. While I was there I watched them interact with other current customers and saw smiles and heard laughter. The manager, Clarence, was my guide and I left feeling proud I had bought from him. Thank you for such a rewarding experience.

I recently visited the Crossville AT&T store to make a payment. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. Two individuals asked if they could assist me. I asked if I could make a payment & they assured me they would be glad to help. The manager, Clarence, took my info and proceeded. I mentioned that I needed help with some other items. Clarence handled these requests with ease. Even though I was not a customer of this store I felt like I was. The company should be pleased with this type of service and employee. I know I am. I will use this location in the future. Thanks to all.
