AutoZone Auto Parts

Came to the Woodbury, TN store needing a few items. I was waited on by an amazing young man, John Hoopii. He greeted me as I was getting out of my truck, held the door for me and was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help.

Samuel at the store is amazing Help a friend change her tire at doctor Tate veterinarian clinic. Drove his own vehicle to her rescue and pulled out his Jack and changed her tire. To me that means a lot he's a very good person and I'll always use that autozone All because of samuel have a great day bless you for helping her. I wish there was more people like you in the world thank you😊

Excellent service. Also, pointed me in the right direction of a guy that could fix my window that had fallen off track, inside my door. These guys saved me alot of headache and trouble today. Thank yall, Josh and Dennis, and highly recommend this location!

Samuel M was great on the phone and in person to me. Even tho I'm a woman he treated me like he should which was a woman who knows a thing about cars and he help me trouble shoot and lead me in the right direction. Very respectful employee!!!

Michael was awesome and save the day for me today. He took out my old battery and tested it to make sure it was dead and then put in the new battery, all in the middle of his lunch break. They have great staff that are willing to go the extra mile.

500 miles from home and my 2016 RAM Dually 4x4 lost crank'n Power....
Went by WoodBury AutoZone and they took me in like I was family...
I'm horrible with names so I'll just have to say it was a pleasure...
The Little Lady that put my Battery in was as knowledgeable as sweet and cute...
The wonderful Lady I was keeping from her lunch made sure I had what I was supposed to have before she ever went out to eat and feed her pups...
I so enjoyed them... Even the 2 men inside Working Hard to Please everyone that came in stuck there heads out and made sure it was all going well...
HECK! ? It was 1 of 2 very huge 880 crank'n amp batteries in my big truck and I had about 20 stitch's in on hand..
Can not thank all of you enough...

Customer Service was AWESOME!!! Melissa worked with me over the tirelessly and patiently helping me figure out what parts I actually needed!!! For a small town auto zone they usually have everything I need. If not they never seem to mind ordering it. Always there same or next day.

The employees at this store are always very helpful. They go above and beyond to be of service.

Great place to get parts to repair the car/truck/and some parts for boating , like new lights kits for your boat Traylors and bulb replacements too . People can say what they won't about Auto Zone , they have All ways been able to have the parts that have needed for all of my Toys . And a good price with warranty too .

I was in the Woodbury Auto Zone the other day looking for a part for my 2009 Volvo. One of your associate's, Lisa Pinkston was extremley helpful in looking up the part and took me right over to it. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the parts store. I was not in a great mood when I walked in but I felt so much better when I left. Thank you Lisa! It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and such a sweet disposition. I hope they know what an asset they have in you and the other employees there. I will be back when I need something else.

Had to leave a comment to brag for a minute. I despise having to buy car parts when my husband asks but these days I find it a breeze. It’s all a huge thanks in part to the two women in the Woodbury store! I believe the blonde woman’s name is Lisa and the other young lady is Rikki, I hope I spelled it right. They make it so much easier just to walk in and get what is ever required. They take their time to pay attention and give the most up front personal assistance they can whether that store is busy or slow. Those two make a fantastic team and I enjoy having to walk in now all thanks to them!

For being in a small town lime Woodbury they do a great deal of business and the store is kept clean and organized...the employees are really helpful and friendly...

It was so great Mr.Dennis was so funny and helpful esp. after Wal Mart gave me the run-around about a 5yr. Battery I bought from them. Mr.Dennis was even able to comfort me in saving my battery could get me to my home which was close by but not to trust it further than that. Yay for Woodbury Tn, AutoZone and yay and thank God for Mr Dennis.

I had picked up grandkids from school,ages 5 and7 we went to the park. It started to rain so we decided to leave. Dead battery. I called Autozone Woodbury,spoke with Lisa Pinkston, they had the right parts and was glad to bring it out to get us running within about 15minutes. I would like to thank her for going the extra step.

We got a new wiper blade here and tbe young man was very helpful and pleasant. Looked up what we needed and out it on for us. Great experience.
