Just purchased a new phone. I normally don't do reviews but I was very impressed with my service. Dana did an excellent job helping me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience here buying my new iPhone. Originally went in with my dad looking for him a new phone. Online this was the only store that carried the particular phone he was after so we drove 30 mins just to visit this store. 1- because they had the phone and 2- they were willing to help us set it up (vs the corporate stores that wouldn’t even touch his old phone and handed him a sheet of paper instructing him how to transfer over all his info to a new phone).
Ian was great and ended up talking him out of the phone we came there for - but in a good way because he told us some things about the phone we didn’t know.
While there he told us about a promo for the iPhone and watch and I ended up with an amazing deal on them both. They had to be ordered but they called as soon as they were in and we drove back to have them set it up for me. Ian was really a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and patient and helped me get all my new stuff set up. He also saved us a bunch of money on the family plan we have by identifying some stuff we had been paying for and weren’t using. And switching us over to unlimited data.
I would happily drive out of my way to go to this store again even though there are 3 corporate stores within 10 minutes of where I live.

Niki Pillow is the best! We have been dealing with issues with my wife's smartwatch for almost a year been to numerous stores talk to several techs and salespeople and Nikki was the only one that could figure out how to fix it. She deserves a raise please don't let her go!!

Wow - exceptional customer service. I was visiting a friend in Woodbury and she told me about her prepaid plan - it would help me save money. So we headed over to Russell Cellular in Woodbury so I could learn more about the plan. There were 4 people in line before me but the staff person was assisting them quickly and efficiently. When one customers phone was syncing data, she started helping the next person - I was impressed! When it was our turn, she was so helpful explaining the plan. I decided to switch while I was there. It only took 1 hr from the time we walked in! I purchased a screen protector too and she put it on for me. Kudos to Nikki P for her wonderful customer assistance! She is terrific !

Ian was great to work with! He had me taken care of in 10 Minutes and answered all of my questions and needs. Great Job at the Woodbury Verizon guys! Keep up the great work!!!

Dana was wonderful to work with! Got us switched over to new phones and up and going in no time! She answered all questions we had and was able to lower our monthly bill by asking a few questions!

Dana was amazing. She got me what I needed very quickly. I enjoyed my visit to Russell Cellular in Woodbury and will continue to go there as long as Dana still works there.
9/6/21- I walked in 20 minutes to closing time and they were still kind to me and got an order placed doe what I needed since it was not in stock. They are who I go to for all my Verizon needs.

Nikki is the best. But it’s a great store. I’ve used them for a couple of years. They are easy to work with very friendly. They help you in every way to get what your looking for while applying any promos they have.

Pam and Dominic are very helpful! Great little store. Clean. Well organized. Could have more accessories in stock but they're more than happy to order what you need. I love that they don't try to sell you more phone than you need. They listen to what you need and can pay and offer appropriate suggestions. Worth a drive from Murfreesboro, really.

I was greeted with a smile and after a terrible experience of many hours of trying to set my phone up by myself.....Dana took it and within 7 minutes she had me up and running. Very knowledgeable and kind. Have never had a bad experience at this location.

Mrs Pillows was an absolute joy to work with. She was very understanding and knowledge about the products available to best fit our needs. I highly recommend this location and if you want top notch service see Mrs Pillows!!

The staff way very helpful in turning my pixel 3XL back on after I determined that the Samsung S21 5g was sub par based on the Pixel. This is a great location. Fast friendly service.

Nikki went above and beyond to help me yesterday afternoon at Verizon in Woodbury TN! She was so nice and her Customer Service was awesome! I hope she will be there when I go back because NOONE has ever went out of their way for me like that. May God bless her always and she deserves the best. P.S. I went to the Murfreesboro store first and they were so rude to me and wouldn’t help me after I stood in the cold for about an hour to get inside the building. Even tho it’s a corporate store that doesn’t mean they will help you like the one in Woodbury TN. It’s not their fault they don’t have more phone cases in stock or other things! That’s all that would make this store any better... Get more stock in the store manager. So Nikki can sell me more!!!😘

Dana is amazing!! Knows her products! She is super friendly and willing to show you the things you need to know!! Cares about her customers and knows them by name! Goes the extra mile for sure!!

Hello, my name is Ruby. I am an older gal with no tech savvy. My old phone was acting up, so I bought a new S21 Samsung at the murfreesboro store off of medical parkway. Very disappointing, no personal help.
Today, I was greeted by a very helpful young lady. She took away my frustration with her willingness to help me and set up my new phone.
Great service, eternally grateful.

Purchased a new phone.
The new phone was set up and all my information from my old phone was transferred with no problems. Also purchased an Otter Box and it was installed as well. Service was very good!

Nicki is the absolute best to work with. She was prompt and very knowledgeable of the device we were looking at! Highly recommend.
