SO FREAKING GOOD!! Their biscuits, fried green tomatoes , and rye toast were MOUTHWATERING. Excellent service, fair prices, and simple, yet indulgent menu. I would drive an hour out of DFW just to come here. W-o-w!

Fantastic service with great Southern charm. The way service is supposed to be with a smile and a great personality. Food is huge portions and tastes amazing. Highly recommend. So glad we saw this cute diner and stopped in.

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Amazing waitress names Corryn. We had a party of 14 and every need was met! We had the eggs Benedict, red white and blue French toast, ranch friend chicken sandwich, patty melt, chocolate chip pancakes, country fried steak and the meat lovers omelette. We are from Dallas and we will definitely be back! 11/10 experience! 11/10 food! 11/10 service!

Just moved to area, had breakfast here, and it was so delicious. Reasonably priced. I had the buttermilk pancakes and husband had the chicken fried steak. It turned out to be alot of food. But very yummy!

I’ve lived in Texas my whole life come to this area to fish for years.. I’ve driven by this cafe and always see a crowd I mean always. Today decided to wait closer to closing and stepped into grandmas kitchenette y’all know where you can sit and talk to grandma while she cooked… that’s the feeling you get walking in here. Food smells delicious service by a sweet lady and then bam the food! Perfect omelette ham and veggies but the onions still had slight snap not overcooked at all grits and the BLUEBERRY PANCAKES. My husband said they were almost as good as mine and he would definitely return to try other dishes! Onion rings were perfect not overcooked instead of rings were cut into squares interestingly Rueben sandwich is what he ordered but had to taste the pancakes and that sealed the deal! We recommend this cafe to anyone but they close @ 2:30 so hurry on in and feel the welcome of a great small cafe with big flavors just like grandma’s!

Country Cafe is a small, country diner in the lovely little town of Pilot Point. We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. The breakfast here is great. (Our party loved the chocolate chip pancakes!)The service was friendly, the food was good, and the prices were very reasonable. Even though it was busy, we received good service and enjoyed our time here.

I had the red, white, and blue French toast with a side of fries. OMG, amazing fries. The french toast was amazing also, but the fries were perfect. The wait staff was top-notch. Very comfortable.

Best breakfast spot and cafe in the area!! I decided to order the French toast platter which comes with a side of eggs and choice of meat! It was very delicious! My wife ordered the Breakfast banana split which was equally tasty. Take note that the coffee is strong(which I like) but for those that like milky brown or Starbucks coffee this is not that.

The service was prompt, even with a very full parking lot and the waitress was kind, and provided great service.

We were camping at Ray Roberts and had to run to town. Our hunger brought us here to Corner cafe. Every table was full with a few people waiting for tables. It wasn't long before we got a table but someone came by and said they had new kitchen staff and were backed up. It wasn't too much delay but it was totally worth it!
I got fried eggs, hash browns and bacon with a biscuit. Everything was delicious! We will definitely go back again!!❤

Texan sized with a Texas smile. Traveled from the the florida keys to Texas for relaxation and this was the best food we came across. If the red white and blue French toast doesn't give you cavities, the waitress does it with her smile and sense of humor. We'll be back!

Just a reminder and a little education about Texas and small town restaurants and their coffee.
Texans - especially the families with a lineage in Texas - like their coffee strong and bitter. This ain't Starbucks with sugar and froofy whipped cream in every drink.
This man's coffee - and hard working farmer's wife coffee - the coffee that built our Lone Star State.

City folks may not care for it much - and that's either a great reason to stay in the city or order something besides coffee to drink.

Excellent - Meaty sausage bacon and ham Breakfast Omelette! Amazingly fast service. Polite entry , super clean family friendly environment. Loved it! French Toast and homemade biscuits melt in your mouth.

Happy they are back open in Pilot Point. Great selection, and some specialties. Reubens are my favorite ❤

Best coffee , best people , food like it used to be —/even background music soft and reasonable. The people engage you and smile! I’m an old man , I really hope these people catch on and are blessed in their business .-

They got good biscuits. I have gone a few times and everything has been good. They are pretty busy when I go.

Everything was good, hot and freshly made. The onions are a little beefy for me, but were good.

I love small, local diners and this one is one I would go out of my way to revisit. The atmosphere is friendly and casual. The seating is cozy without feeling crowded and the room has lots of windows, filling the space with sunlight. I got the French toast platter that came with eggs and choice of meat. The portions were large, and very tasty. The French toast was made from French bread and some of the best I've had. Service was prompt and friendly. If I'm in this area again, I will definitely stop.

Friendly service and wonderful food. I had the Ruben with sweet potato fries. Delicious! My friend loved her breakfast and raved about the special biscuit with pineapple butter. We got cookies to go. Yummy, can't wait to go back.

Big servings. Pancake was as big as the plate. Sausage has an awesome flavor. All very good!
