I needed a special rental request in the beginning and they were so accommodating which made things a bit lighter for me and less stressful. Thanks to the entire team for the smiling faces and the willingness to help.

The lady at the front is a fantastic person. She goes out of her way to be helpful and it is a pleasure to work with her. The units are clean and safe. I highly recommend this storage place for your needs.

Pack Rat is a great, secure and well kept storage facility. We have used used them for years without any issues. The units come in several sizes so you can pay for just the size you need. The staff is friendly and on site if you need them.

This is truly the best storage facility I've ever used and I have used plenty. The units are clean the grounds are spotless and the staff in smyrna are great. Such a good decision I made storing my personal home goods.

Hey my name is Victor and I recently rented a storage room in January. This place is incredible it had all the space I need and extra room! The staff is friendly and the whole process usually takes about 10 minutes until you can access your storage. You can come in basically anytime you want which is the best part for me since I work long hours. They also offer great insurance coverage. I 100% recommend!

Just joined the RV parking family in Smyrna and from the moment I dropped in, all the staff have been amazing! What a great location and great help from everyone. Security is good and I feel that my RV is in good hands when we aren’t on the road. Looking forward to a great tenure here. Thanks all!

I have used Pack Rat storage several times between moves. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Location is convenient. The property is well kept. Units are clean. Pack Rat is safe and secure. The cost is comparable with other storage facilities but Pack Rat is superior and highly I recommend them for all your storage needs.

Great friendly service. Cleanest storage units I have ever used or seen. Would highly recommend using them for any storage needs. They have climate controlled units, non-climate controlled, boat and RV storage space. Pretty much everything one would need.

SMYRNA LOCATION - Faron and the owner were both EXCEPTIONAL. I had lots of questions and had to call back a few times. The service on the phone by Faron was great. When I decided to sign up for the unit, the owner agreed to stay late for me. Very patient. Let me see all the units. Answered my many, many questions. Patiently allowed me time to review the paperwork. I could not have asked for better service. The unit itself and the grounds overall were very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the Smyrna location, which is very conveniently located just a block off of Sam Ridley Parkway.
