Target

I like shopping at this target. Come about once a month to see all the new dollar spot items and seasonal decor. It’s always a nice aura to the place. I never really need help but I’m pretty sure if I did someone could help me. Really enjoy the scanners throughout the store so I don’t have to keep using the app while shopping.

Great experience here. An Associate sent me in the right direction within 30 seconds of entry. Found my items quickly. Found a good discount on a comp brand too. The self check-out was clean and efficient. They run a clean and efficient store here.

Herlean was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved and was very professional. It was refreshing since I couldn't seem to resolve the issue with the manufacturer after several calls!!

We don't go to target often as it is in the next town, but I had a nutribullet blender sent to the store for pick up. Pick up was a breeze and I did a little grocery shopping while there. They had good prices on bacon, cheese, and wine. So I was pleasantly surprised at my grocery finds, and will travel back to Target in the future.

My wife needed a few things, and I had to pick up something.

Absolute life savers! The Optical Department was able to give me a sample set of contacts while I was on vacation. I wouldn’t have been able to see South Carolina without them!

Large store. Save $ vs shopping on Hilton Head. They actually had Raw kombucha by Tantric Turmeric by GT’S. Un-believe-able.

Came in due to a local power outage to buy an impulsive gift. The store was packed but not chaotic.
Went to the electronic section to get what I was looking for and an elderly couple already had the electronics guy pretty busy with an unfortunate, but very innocent round of questioning and hesitation about their purchase of a cell plan.
The tech guy still had the time and patience to politely side step and do tasks for a Dad, and figure out what I was also there for. Twenty minutes later and the elderly couple are now done, and the clerk still has a great attitude to recommend me a bunch of extra free software for my purchase.
You should give everyone a raise.

It was convenient to order online while at work and pick up on way home. The employee that helped me was amazing. She was having to run outside and back in to help another customer but her spirit was high and she was smiling and apologetic. I wish I could remember her name as she deserves the recognition.

Trevor from the morning shift helped me move a freezer chest that was too heavy for me. They picked it off of the shelf and put it on a trolley cart and came with me to checkout and helped me take it to my car! I wouldn't have been able to get it at all without their help. Excellent customer service

When I called to see if a certain item was in stock I was on hold for at least 10 minutes so I hung up and I called back and I had the pleasure of speaking with Bren and he went and looked for the items and toys that I needed and came back with a response within three minutes. He has awesome customer service skills and obviously a good work ethic compared to your other employees that left me on hold forever. He's a keeper

Really nice store, amazing staff, and the store had so many good things. It was full of items, and everything was stocked. They even had a nice selection of Pokemon Cards, which are very rare to come buy in a normal retailer.

Kim was extremely helpful with a situation I had at your store. She was patient, listened to my problem, and willing to help me figure out a solution. She was very kind and personable. Kim is an asset to both your company and your store team. Thank her for a wonderful customer experience.
