America, the Manager on Duty, was SUPER helpful and patient during checkout! The Self Service system, nor the associate upfront, seemed to cooperate. With such a welcoming personality, America stopped stocking the shelves to come up front and assist. Will only checkout if she is there, moving forward. Thanks America!

Even though they are understaffed, the people they have there are amazing. One person stocking shelves/pricing, handling, register and all their photo work. Kayla C was super friendly to work with and provided great service!

Marleen is the best Pharmacy tech at the CVS in Kitty’s Crossing. She always asks if I have a coupon or discount code for my prescriptions. If I don’t, she shows me where to get them so I can save on the cost of my prescription. She has saved me so much money.

The minute clinic is great here both doctors were great but the only persons name i got was Marquez.

Just moved to the area and have not selected doctors yet. Arrived at 9 am without and appointment. Signed in and earliest appt was at 1:40 pm. Because there was no one waiting Allison took me right back. Very kind and attentive. Highly recommend!!!

Michael was great. I was on vacation and having a bad day. Even thought I was having trouble a the pharmacy. I walked out happy. Micheal is so knowledgeable and funny. He is an asset at CVS.I wish there were more like him. If there were the world would be a much better place. I was having a horrible day and just meeting him made it much better.Thank you Michael.
