Our favorite local market. Fresh wild caught seafood, meat, chicken fruit, vegetables gourmet cheeses, breads, cakes, pastries and so much more! Staff is outstanding.

I ordered the Valentines dinner and it was delicious!!! Every bite of the filet, lobster, mashed potatoes, asparagus and chocolate covered strawberries. The added bouquet of roses was extra special ❤❤❤❤❤.

Our favourite store whenever we are in Hilton Head. Special shoutout to Chris at the cash who is so pleasant and helpful. Helped us set up the Loyalty program and even remembered us the next day. So many wonderful prepared foods in case you don’t feel like spending $$$$ at restaurants!

Super nice grocery store. They have very good products. While it looks very expensive, we were happy with their prices on a number of products. From coffee to wine, very reasonable. This store fits in very well with the Hilton Head culture. Plus they give many samples, including a cup of coffee or hot cider. How can you not like that.

I have never been to Fresh Market until this trip to Hilton Head Island. I've been coming to HHI since this was the old Piggly Wiggly market plaza. I just never gave it much thought. My aunt, who is a local here, said Fresh Market is was wonderful and I needed to go visit the store.
I love quiche and know a good one when I taste one. Fresh Market has the best ready-cook fresh made quiche I've ever had.
The unique variety of grocery foods, snacks, bakery items (BEST BAKERY ON THE ISLAND!) and beverage selection is fantastic.
Today, I bought their fresh-made bakery tart, chips and salsa and guacamole dip. Divine!
I highly recommended it to anyone on or near the island. Worth the drive!

I’m new to the island and I am a door dasher I got a big order to this store and had never been there Max and Seth went above and beyond to help me find items I was unfamiliar with and were very friendly I will be doing some shopping for myself here now i definitely recommend this store they have such wonderful selections and the employees seems very happy and friendly

Thanks for the great service by Melinda in the bakery at Hilton head sc fresh market . She took the time to get a special desert ready for me - and on the busy day before thanksgiving !

I love this place. I wish there was one closet to me. The cranberry orange muffin is to die for. Whenever I am in town I go here for my muffin and my nuts. Love the selection they have. See what's left of my nuts and already one muffin gone.

We ordered a complete Thanksgiving dinner for 10 of us a couple of weeks ago and went this morning to pick it up. Although there were about 10 people in line ahead of me, the staff were amazing and kept everything moving. Checkout was also a breeze with 2 people at each register to facilitate speed and they were cheerful too! I've never been to Fresh Market before and I am now a huge fan!

I shop in the store at least once a week. I find it to have the best and freshest selection as to the items that I purchase routinely. The staff and management are always available and responsive to any questions or special requests I might have. The cashiers and front end staff and management are friendly and always make me feel welcome. They initiate conversation, asking me about my day and my experience. I appreciate that input and chance to provide feedback. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality groceries.

She is the epitome of excellent customer service!! On Sunday I arrived to pick up my order that I had placed on Friday. Denise discovered my order was not in the system …she then proceeded to personally package up all the items from the deli that I needed for Super Bowl Sunday.

I visited the store this past Sunday, around 11 and wanted to buy the Chicken dinner. They were out of chickens, but they were in the process of making more, so only a few minutes and one would be ready. Mitch was the ONLY ONE working in the prepared food there were a number of customers, he mentioned they were short of help due to people not coming in to work that day. I told him I appreciated HIM coming in and he had such a GREAT attitude and was very courteous and attentive to the customers. I just wanted to say a special THANK YOU to him for his service and dedication and hope the store recognizes him.

Ashley in the meat department was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly and she provided excellent customer service. She definitely made my first experience at fresh market a more memorable one.

This store always makes you feel right at home and welcome. The displays are beautifully arranged and almost make you not want to take the food from them, but then you realize the choices are too delicious to leave behind for someone else to snag. Always love shopping here when visiting Hilton head because the staff are always so helpful and friendly! Well ran location, extremely clean, and always put the customers first! Great job fresh market!

Always love it. Lots of great seafood. The bakery is deliciously dangerous. Produce pretty good. The store does suffer sometimes waiting for deliveries so product availability can be uneven. A bit more expensive but overall worth it!

Today we stopped at your floral dept and meet Roxann, who manages it. She was so informative, not only in her dept but for the whole store. Her attitude was refreshing!

I love this store. Yes, they can be a little higher priced, but if you're a smart shopper, they have some very good deals. And as others have said, the staff is excellent. Mitch, one of the managers, pointed out to me some great deals with their meal specials that is a super buy and with grocery costs going up, these are some really great deals! I love the selection, quality and service here! Everything for the below meal (aside from the condiments) for a family of 4 for $20! Tough to beat that! Sorry for the cheap dinnerware haha.

This is a beautiful store to behold! It's like eye candy.
The fresh produce displays look like they are arranged by artists, and th produce is top quality. Any meat I've gotten from the meat/fish department is of excellent quality, and the butchers give great advice and service. Product selection is extraordinary - brands and items you can't find anywhere else. It's pricey, but well worth it for something special. A shopping trip to Fresh Market is how I treat myself.
