Texaco Natchitoches

These were some of the best gas station staff I’ve seen. They greeted me with a smile and Hello when we walked in. Nicholas and... didn’t catch the name of the lady working with him. She even came out and helped one of our crew find the snacks she was looking for and made recommendations. Men’s bathroom was clean and smelled nice. Good beverage bar. They put forth extra effort to decorate a little for 🎃 Halloween. Just really impressed with the personable staff. Great job Texaco. Easy off/on from interstate and fast gas pumps.

My favorite gas station in Natchitoches. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean without fail so far. The staff is very friendly and warm and the coffee is good with well stocked clean supplies. Doesn't look like much from the outside but checks all my boxes. :)

Some of the best alligator sausage I had while in Louisiana, nice for a quick stop to stretch and grab a bite to eat.

Had a decent women's bathroom and reasonably priced fuel. Staff was friendly.

Terribly rude pair of women cashiers tonight. I filled up my fuel, then went inside to get a drink and snack. I asked the cashiers if they had any chocolate covered pretzels. They both rolled their eyes, and simply pointed down an aisle. After coming up to purchase items, i said 'Thank you for showing me where these pretzels were!', and neither said a word or even looked at me to acknowledge I said anything.

After using my credit card for a purchase they charged my credit card $134 for someone elses trancaction after this. As a non local international travelling tourist this is extremely incovenient. Tried to call to rectify but calls are not answered and go to message.

Disgusting men's bathroom, floor is completely flooded with urine and feces, urinals filled with weeks worth of trash.

The gas price is different from what they advertise!. They get away with this by saying in small print that only cash you get the lower price but if it’s card you get a higher deal. But the amount on the pumps are also scratched out so you can’t really see it:

I would not show a star if possible. Had to use men's room really bad. Medical reason! Cleaning woman would not step out. Had a lady hold door on ladies room. The employee was very rude! Told her she did not understand and she replied sarcastically "she had to clean " and said have a good day! We stop here for break, gas and snacks!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Oh, a gas pump was broken and no sign to indicate it was!!

Closed up 15 minutes early when a bus arrived. Very unprofessional. If I owned the place I would want to know that I missed out on a few hundred bucks worth of sales because my workers are just that lazy.

The woman working as cashier afternoon on May 17 was quite unpleasant.

$52 on gas fill up. Refused to open lobby during business hours to allow use of the restroom. Avoid.
